Everyone is deciding how Ray Stills should spend his time - his boss, his co-workers, his girlfriend - and he's miserable. After his girlfriend dumps him Ray decides he's finished with doing things for other people - now he's going to only do things to help himself.

In one night Ray makes the most powerful weapon anyone has ever seen and starts using it to take all the money, power and respect he never got. But the world pushes back even harder than it ever did before - calling him a super villain, code-named The Blaster.

Is Ray a victim of circumstance or is he just another Bad Guy?
