Very interesting point of view. I believe it. As AI start integrating on the development process, you will see changes and adjusted roles on process of software development. Engineers should see AI as a new paradigm in how apporach problems and not as enemy. https://flip.it/kbGNbx

Most people assume AI struggles inside companies because the technology is still immature. What I’ve seen, especially in Romanian, is simpler and more uncomfortable, AI usually fails because we choose the wrong processes to automate. In labs, AI works in clean, stable conditions. Inside companies, processes evolved with exceptions, workarounds, and parallel systems. When AI is integrated into tour he business processes, we instinctively start with the most painful process, the one everyone complains about. That instinct is costly. You should start with the quiet processes that consume hours every week. In my opinion, this single distinction explains why 95% of automation projects never reach impact.
