In the two years since my last review I've found this app to be much more reliable with its push notifications, but occasionally they still won't come through. Also, the icon is now weirdly busted (showing an Android icon instead of Okta's) when I pin it to my home screen. I have Android's themed icon feature enabled. This happened in the last week so I assume a recent Okta update broke this.

Neeks
Inconsistent push notifications, inability to edit saved accounts, and a new permanent notification that advertises Okta FastPass make this app more annoying than it is convenient. If I wasn't forced to use it for work, this would have been gone from my phone within a month of installation. Once implemented, you can't log in without it, and it constantly begs you to enable biometric verification. I can't even log in using it right now. Yikes.

Im sure Okta isn't the problem. But you add unnecessary additional layers of "security" to hide even the simple things my business utilizes day to day, like price checking an item for a customer, or making a phone call to a manager because a customer fell and needs medical attention. It takes a whole 2 minutes to make a phone call from device to device because we have to verify it's us logging into the devices to make that call and not some stranger who wants to make a prank call. figure it out.
