having used Monzo and Revolut, it's hard to give this app a good grade. The app is not optimised for my phone it seems so there are buttons I cannot reach. the menu is confusing, there's just too much going on and it makes hard to do simple things such as checking your spend, add money or transfer. I was expecting a lot better from a company like Lydia...

Since the rebranding update, everything feels more complicated. And it's not a lack of habit, it's been a while now. The UI sucks. Examples : Depending on where you click, you get different "transfer" screens that let you or don't let you add a label. You end up with "transfer" everywhere, very useful to know what is what. It's now impossible to add a custom label to existing transactions (but you can add a souvenir picture!!)

It's so bad that it deserves a zero!!! I'm having multiple issues with the app. I created a money pot and impossible to unblock the total amount. I discovered that I needed to revalidate my account (because I already did two years ago) and impossible to do so. I already submitted my documents four times (passport and id), and they keep being refused! I can not join the support service (the page keeps in a ad infinitum loop). Impossible to phone if I'm not a Lydia Black. Horrible UX!

What’s new
The app home screen has been improved: each account now always displays the Sumeria card it's linked to, and the action button for sending money is now always visible in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Tapping it prompts a choice between "Lydia payment" and "Wire transfer" with a new animation.
