You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

so bad, what's the point of being able to cancel if there's no enough time to do it? I have experienced that the order suddenly made without voucher and extra expensive delivery fee, I was just looking at the menu but it suddenly made. gojek really has bad system. I tried to cancel the order as quickly as possible yet the order was still made and when I tried to contact the restaurant, I couldn't.

Scam company, even Grab and Tada was more reasonable in handling tickets. I had already cancel an order but the ride still came and was charged a $4 cancellation fee. The time of the order and cancellation is obvious that there was an issue with the system but support just gave a standard reply and close the ticket, so disappointed. What's the point of give $3 off if you are randomly going to charge people money and close their ticket. what a scam company
