update 12/8/25. Recent update did not restore the "allow all the time" option for location tracking. removed 1 star. cmon Uber get this simple thing done I like the simplicity of booking. have really had no issues however the app has removed the ability to set location tracking to "all the time" as requested for detention purposes. the only options now are "only while using app", "ask every time", and "never".

My experience with them are ok good and Bad as with most brokers. You can find some decent Rates without bidding The app is convenient and easy to use. you can request lumper detention all in the app. Down side they had me sitting through a weekend for not scheduling correctly. A few other times I had issues with the scheduling also. If they can get that right and let you Bid on the Double and triple loads. For me they would be 5 stars

We had a 100% pickup and delivery score, never canceled a load, and never had any issues on our side, yet they suspended our account without giving any reason. They also look for any chance to deduct money. For example, with lumper fees, you must upload the receipt within 24hr in case you forget they will deduct it from you—even when they know the customer needed a lumper and already paid for it.
