为克服现有技术中可锁定包装存在的开启位置较暴露且锁定结构相对复杂的缺陷,本申请实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构较简单且锁定结构开启位置相对隐蔽的包装盒。

可选的,所述外盒侧壁的内壁还设置第二抵接部,所述第二抵接部较所述第一抵接部靠近所述外盒开口,所述第二抵接部用于与所述弹性凸出部抵接,以限定所述内盒沿拉出方向的移动范围。
可选的,所述外盒侧壁在所述外盒开口处向所述第一收容腔翻折形成所述第二抵接部。
本申请实施例的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请实施例提供的包装盒包括内盒和外盒,其中,外盒的内壁设置有第一抵接部,内盒的外侧壁设置有弹性凸出部,当内盒收容于外盒的第一收容腔中时,弹性凸出部与第一抵接部抵接,使包装盒处于锁定状态;当弹性凸出部受到外力按压时,弹性凸出部与第一抵接部错开,以使内盒和外盒处于解锁状态。该包装盒采用弹性凸出部和第一抵接部形成锁定结构,锁定结构相对简单;并且,通过手指按压弹性凸出部即可解除锁定状态,解锁十分便利。由于该包装盒的锁定结构设置于第一收容腔中,解锁位置较隐蔽,能够有效防止儿童误打开。

图1和图2是本申请一实施例提供的包装盒100的结构示意图,如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例提供的包装盒100包括外盒10和内盒20,外盒10设置有第一收容腔11和外盒开口12a,第一收容腔11与外盒开口12a连通,内盒20安装于第一收容腔11,内盒20与外盒10滑动配合,并且,内盒20通过外盒开口12a滑动进出第一收容腔11。可选的,包装盒100可以为全纸质包装盒,相比于需要借助塑胶配件制造的盒体,该全纸质包装盒100便于回收,能够满足环保需求,同时减少了制造成本和人工组装成本。
请参阅图3,图3是本申请一实施例提供的包装盒100的剖视图,如图3所 示,内盒20的外侧壁设置有弹性凸出部21,外盒10的内侧壁设置第一抵接部13,弹性凸出部21沿拉出方向与第一抵接部13抵接,以使内盒20与外盒10处于锁定状态,难以将内盒20从外盒10中取出。当外力按压弹性凸出部21时,弹性凸出部21与第一抵接部13错开,以使内盒20和外盒10处于解锁状态,此时可以将内盒20从外盒10中推(拉)出。例如,可以使用左手按压第一抵接部13,同时,通过右手将内盒20从外盒10中拉出。
请参阅图4,图4是本申请一实施例提供的内盒20一视角的示意图,如图4所示,在一些实施例中,弹性凸出部21包括弹片,弹片的一端与内盒20的外壁连接,弹片的另一端相对远离内盒20的外壁。具体的,内盒20包括内盒底壁,在本申请的某些实施例中,弹性凸出部21可以由内盒底壁上的部分区域经裁剪后,并向远离内盒外壁的方向翻折形成弹片。
图5是本申请一实施例提供的外盒10的剖视图,请参阅图5,在一些实施例中,为了便于按压弹性凸出部21,外盒10上还设置第一通孔15,当外盒10与内盒20处于锁定状态时,第一通孔15的位置与弹性凸出部21的位置相对应,因此,手指穿过第一通孔15可以按压到弹性凸出部21,以使包装盒100解锁。第一通孔15的形状和大小可以根据实际需要进行设置。第一通孔15的形状可以与手指的形状相匹配,例如,第一通孔15的形状可以是圆形或者椭圆形。第一通孔15的大小可以设置为允许手指通过的尺寸。第一通孔15的数量可以是一个也可以是多个,可选的,为了更加贴合用户的使用习惯,在某些实施例中,第一通孔15的数量为两个;此时,可以通过左手的食指和中指分别穿过两个第一通孔15按压弹性凸出部21,使包装盒100解锁,然后通过右手将内盒20从外盒10中推出(拉出)。
在一些实施例中,外盒10包括外盒底壁,外盒底壁和外盒侧壁连接,外盒侧壁的内侧表面设置凹陷部14,凹陷部14用于收容弹性凸出部21,与弹性凸出部21相对的凹陷部14的侧部形成第一抵接部13。可选的,第一通孔15可以位于凹陷部14。
请继续参阅图5,在一些实施例中,为了避免在包装盒100被解锁后,由于抽取内盒20的外力过大而将内盒20从外盒10中完全抽出,致使内盒20从外盒10中脱落,外盒10的内壁上还设置第二抵接部16,第二抵接部16设置于第 一抵接部13沿拉出方向的一侧,第二抵接部16用于限定内盒20沿拉出方向的移动范围。可选的,第二抵接部16可以较第一抵接部13靠近外盒开口设置,当内盒20沿抽出方向被抽出一定距离后,弹性凸出部21与第二抵接部16相抵接,防止内盒20从外盒10中脱落。可选的,在本申请的某些实施例中,第二抵接部16由外盒侧壁向第一收容腔11翻折形成。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请另一实施例提供的包装盒100的剖视图,如图6所示,在一些实施例中,外盒10还包括隔板17,隔板17设置于外盒10和内盒20之间,隔板17的长度小于外盒侧壁的长度,外盒侧壁上未被隔板17覆盖的区域形成凹陷部14。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,外盒10还设置有外盒开口12b,外盒开口12a和外盒开口12b相对设置,内盒20的外壁上还设置有弹性凸出部22,弹性凸出部21和弹性凸出部22相背设置,外盒10的内壁上还设置有第一抵接部18;当内盒20收容于第一收容腔11时,弹性凸出部21与第一抵接部13相抵接,弹性凸出部22与第一抵接部18相抵接;此时,包装盒100处于锁定状态,从外盒开口12a和外盒开口12b均不能将内盒20从外盒10中取出。当外力按压弹性凸出部21时,弹性凸出部21与第一抵接部13错开,可以将内盒20从外盒开口12a取出;当外力按压弹性凸出部22时,弹性凸出部22与第一抵接部18错开,可以将内盒从外盒开口12b取出。
具体的,在一些实施例中,外盒侧壁包括互相连接的第一外盒侧壁、第二外盒侧壁、第三外盒侧壁和第四外盒侧壁,其中,第一外盒侧壁和第三外盒侧壁相对设置,第二外盒侧壁和第四外盒侧壁相对设置。第一抵接部13和第二抵接部16设置在第一外盒侧壁的内侧表面。请参阅图7,为了便于将内盒20从外盒10中抽出,外盒10上还开设缺槽12和/或第二通孔19,以使内盒20局部暴露。因此,手指穿过第二通孔19或缺槽12可以触碰到内盒20。在包装盒100解锁的情况下,用户可以用手指穿过第二通孔19(或缺槽12)拿住内盒20,并将内盒20从外盒10中拉出(或推出)。其中,缺槽12的形状可是U形或半圆形,第二通孔19的形状可以是多边形或椭圆形。
进一步的,在上述示例中,缺槽12的数量为两个,两个缺槽12相对开设于第二外盒侧壁和第四外盒侧壁靠近外盒开口的一侧。在一些实施例中,为了 便于将内盒从外盒中拉出,第二通孔19开设于第二外盒侧壁和第四外盒侧壁;在另一些实施例中,为了便于将外盒从内盒中推出,第二通孔19开设于外盒底壁,在包装盒100解锁的情况下,手指可穿过第二通孔19将内盒20从外盒10中推出。
请一并参阅图8至图10,在一些实施例中,为了提高包装盒100的缓冲效果,包装盒100还包括内衬30。本实施例中,内盒20的一侧设置第二收容腔22,内衬30收容于第二收容腔22内,内衬30的大小和形状与第二收容腔22的大小和形状相匹配。内衬30上设置内腔31,内腔31用于存放物品。存放在内腔31中的物品可以是电子烟产品、药品或其他对儿童不利的物品。为了使包装盒100适于存放不同的物品,内腔31的形状与需要存放的物品的形状相匹配。本实施例中,通过更换内衬30可以使包装盒100适配多种待存放物品。
本申请提供的包装盒的操作流程如下,当包装盒100处于锁定状态时,弹性凸出部21与第一抵接部13抵接,难以通过推拉方式将内盒从外盒中取出。当弹性凸出部21收到外力按压时,弹性凸出部21与第一抵接部13错开,此时包装盒处于解锁状态,可以很便利地从第二通孔19(或缺槽12)处,通过推(拉)内盒20将内盒20从外盒10中取出,当内盒20从外盒10中抽出到一定程度时,弹性凸出部21与第二抵接部16抵接,以阻值内盒20进一步被抽出。此时,内衬30中放置的物品已经完全暴露在用户面前,用户可以将包装盒100中的物品取出。包装盒100被打开后,用户可将内盒20推回至外盒10中,在内盒20推回至外盒10的过程中,弹性凸出部21可以弹回至凹陷部14,从而使弹性凸出部21与第一抵接部13抵接,包装盒100回到锁定状态。
本申请实施例提供的包装盒100采用弹性凸出部21和第一抵接部13形成锁定结构,锁定结构相对简单;通过手指按压弹性凸出部21即可解除锁定状态,解锁十分便利。由于该包装盒100的锁定结构设置于第一收容腔中,解锁位置较隐蔽,能够有效防止儿童误打开。并且,包装盒100可以是全纸质包装盒,相比于需要借助塑胶配件制造的盒体,该全纸质包装盒100便于回收,能够满足环保需求,同时减少了制造成本和人工组装成本。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;在本申请的思路下,以上实施例或者不同实施例中的技术特征之间也可以 进行组合,步骤可以以任意顺序实现,并存在如上所述的本申请的不同方面的许多其它变化,为了简明,它们没有在细节中提供;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种包装盒,其特征在于,所述包装盒包括:
    外盒,所述外盒设置有第一收容腔和与所述第一收容腔连通的外盒开口,所述外盒的内壁上设置有第一抵接部;
    内盒,收容于所述第一收容腔,所述内盒可通过所述外盒开口滑动进出所述第一收容腔,所述内盒的外壁上设置有弹性凸出部;
    当所述内盒收容于所述第一收容腔时,所述弹性凸出部与所述第一抵接部抵接,以使所述内盒与所述外盒处于锁定状态;
    当所述弹性凸出部受到外力按压时,所述弹性凸出部向所述第一收容腔内运动并与所述第一抵接部错开,以使所述内盒和所述外盒处于解锁状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述外盒包括外盒侧壁,所述外盒侧壁的内壁设置有凹陷部,所述凹陷部用于收容所述弹性凸出部,与所述弹性凸出部相对的所述凹陷部的侧部形成所述第一抵接部;
    所述外盒侧壁开设有第一通孔,所述第一通孔位于所述凹陷部,当所述内盒收容于所述第一收容腔时,所述第一通孔的位置与所述弹性凸出部的位置相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述外盒还包括隔板,所述隔板设置于所述外盒与所述内盒之间,
    所述隔板的长度小于所述外盒侧壁的长度,所述外盒侧壁上未被所述隔板覆盖的区域形成所述凹陷部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述外盒还包括外盒底壁,所述外盒底壁与外盒侧壁相连接;
    所述外盒侧壁远离所述外盒底壁的一端开设有缺槽;和/或,
    在所述外盒底壁上开设有第二通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述内盒的外壁上设置有两个所述弹性凸出部,两个所述弹性凸出部相背设置,所述外盒的内壁上设置 有两个所述第一抵接部;
    当所述内盒收容于所述第一收容腔时,两个所述弹性凸出部分别与两个所述第一抵接部相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述内盒设置有第二收容腔,所述包装盒还包括收容于所述第二收容腔的内衬,所述内衬设置有内腔,所述内腔用于容纳物品。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述弹性凸出部包括弹片,所述弹片的一端与所述内盒的外壁连接,所述弹片的另一端相对远离所述内盒的外壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述内盒包括内盒底壁,所述内盒底壁的部分区域经裁剪并向远离所述内盒的外壁的方向翻折形成所述弹片。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8任一项所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述外盒侧壁的内壁还设置第二抵接部,所述第二抵接部较所述第一抵接部靠近所述外盒开口,所述第二抵接部用于与所述弹性凸出部抵接,以限定所述内盒沿拉出方向的移动范围。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包装盒,其特征在于,所述外盒侧壁在所述外盒开口处向所述第一收容腔翻折形成所述第二抵接部。
