Description

일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품 및 에어로졸 발생 장치
본 출원은 2018년 10월 30일자 한국 특허 출원 제10-2018-0131318호에 기초한 우선권의 이익을 주장하며, 해당 한국 특허 출원의 문헌에 개시된 모든 내용은 본 명세서의 일부로서 포함한다.
본 발명은 담배의 대용으로 사용될 수 있는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품 및 에어로졸 발생 장치에 관한 것이다.
에어로졸 발생 장치의 일반적인 유형으로는 전기 작동식 흡연 장치를 들 수 있다. 공지된 전기 작동식 흡연 장치는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 전형적으로, 배터리를 포함하고 있는 에어로졸 발생 수단(1) 및 에어로졸 발생 수단과 함께 사용하도록 특정하게 설계된 에어로졸 발생 물품(3)을 포함하며, 상기 에어로졸 발생 수단(1)은 에어로졸 발생 물품(3)을 가열하기 위한 전기 히터를 포함하고 있다.
상기 전기 작동식 흡연 장치의 일예로서, 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품(3)은 담배 플러그와 같은 에어로졸 형성 기재의 플러그를 포함하고, 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품(3)이 에어로졸 발생 수단(1) 내에 삽입될 때, 에어로졸 발생 수단(1) 내에 수용된 히터가 에어로졸 형성 기재 플러그를 가열하여 에어로졸을 발생시킨다.
상기와 같은 에어로졸 발생 물품(3)에 포함되는 에어로졸 형성 기재 플러그는 평균적으로 200~500회를 흡입 할 수 있는 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질을 한번에 충진하여 사용하게 되어 있어 일회 충진으로 장기간 동안 사용하게 된다.
그러나, 상기 같은 종래의 에어로졸 발생 장치를 장기간 사용하는 경우, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 누출될 수 있으며, 마우스피스 필터의 교환이 없이 계속 사용하므로 세균 오염 등 위생상의 문제가 발생할 수 있으며, 사용하는 동안 공기중에 노출된 액상이 변질되거나 향미가 변하는 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
그러므로, 상기와 같은 문제를 해결할 수 있는 기술의 개발이 요구되고 있다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래기술의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서,
에어로졸 형성용 액상물질을 30회 흡입량 이하로 포함하여 1회 사용후 폐기하는 할 수 있으므로, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질의 누출, 마우스피스 필터의 오염, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질의 변질, 향미 변질 등의 문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체를 일반 권지로 마는 경우에도 권지가 젖지 않으므로, 경제적으로 제조될 수 있는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 상기 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명은
에어로졸 발생 기재부 및 필터부를 포함하며,
상기 에어로졸 발생 기재부는 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체를 포함하며,
상기 액상 물질은 10~30회 흡입량으로 포함되는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질은 흡수체 1g 당 0.05 g ~ 0.8 g으로 함침되는 특징을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품은 제조 완료 후, 24시간 경과한 시점에서 액상물질이 흡수체로부터 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품의 다른 구성부분으로 이행되는 비율이 0 ~ 1 중량%인 특징을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체는 직접 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품 권지에 말려서 포함되는 특징을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 권지는 방수처리가 되지 않은 권지인 특징을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 흡수체는 종이, 솜, 및 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 특징을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 흡수체는 종이에 주름을 형성해서 말은 형태의 것인 특징을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 흡수체는 종이 원지를 크림핑(crimping)하여 스트라이프 형태의 주름이나 칼집을 넣어 말은 형태의 것인 특징을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 액상물질은 0.1~5 중량부의 니코틴, 5~60 중량부의 글리세린 및 5~35 중량부의 용매를 포함하는 특징을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품은 에어로졸 발생 기재부의 양말단에 각각 제1 필터부 및 제2 필터부가 구비되는 특징을 가질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은
상기 본 발명의 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품; 및
에어로졸 발생 물품 수용홈 및 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품 수용홈의 바닥에 구비된 히터 부재를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 수단;을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 장치를 제공한다.
본 발명의 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품은 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질을 30회 흡입량 이하로 포함하여 1회 사용후 폐기하는 할 수 있으므로, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질의 누출, 마우스피스 필터의 오염, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질의 변질, 향미 변질 등의 문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있다.
또한, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체를 일반 권지로 마는 경우에도 권지가 젖지 않으므로, 경제적으로 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제조할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참고하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명을 설명하기에 앞서 관련된 공지기능 및 구성에 대한 구체적 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
아래 설명과 도면은 당업자가 설명되는 장치와 방법을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 특정 실시예를 예시한다. 다른 실시예는 구조적, 논리적으로 다른 변형을 포함할 수 있다. 개별 구성 요소와 기능은 명확히 요구되지 않는 한, 일반적으로 선택될 수 있으며, 과정의 순서는 변할 수 있다. 몇몇 실시예의 부분과 특징은 다른 실시예에 포함되거나 다른 실시예로 대체될 수 있다.
본 발명은 도 2 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같은 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품(200)을 제공한다.
본 발명의 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품 (100)은
에어로졸 발생 기재부 및 필터부(20)를 포함하며,
상기 에어로졸 발생 기재부는 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체(10)를 포함하며,
상기 액상 물질은 10~30회 흡입량으로 포함되는 특징을 갖는다.
상기 10~30회는 일회 흡연시 흡입 가능한 횟수를 나타낸 것으로서, 상술한 범위를 벗어나는 경우에는 흡연량이 부족하거나, 너무 많아서 낭비요소가 커질 수 있으며, 특히, 30회 흡입량을 초과하는 경우에는 흡수체에 대한 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질의 함침량이 증가하여 액상물질에 의해 권지가 젖는 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
상기 10~30회 흡입량은 액상물질 중량으로 10~60mg일 수 있다.
상기 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질은 더욱 바람직하게는 10~20회 흡입량으로 포함될수 있으며, 이때, 10~20회 흡입량은 액상물질 중량으로 10~40mg일 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질은 흡수체 1 g 당 0.05 g ~ 0.8 g으로 함침될 수 있다. 상기 함침량이 0.05 g 미만일 경우 흡입 가능 횟수를 충족하기 어려우며, 0.8 g을 초과할 경우는 액상물질에 의해 권지가 젖는 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품은 제조 완료 후, 24시간 경과한 시점에서 액상물질이 흡수체로부터 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품의 다른 구성부분으로 이행되는 비율이 0 ~ 1 중량%일 수 있다.
상기 액상물질이 흡수체로부터 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품의 다른 구성부분으로 이전되는 비율은 0 중량%에 가까울수록 바람직하며, 1 중량%를 초과하는 경우에는 액상물질이 누출될 수 있으며, 권지가 젖어서 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품의 품질을 유지할 수 없다. 상기에서 이전되는 비율의 하한값은 현실적으로 0 초과의 값일 수 있다.
상기에서 액상물질이 흡수체로부터 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품의 다른 구성부분으로 이전되는 비율은 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체를 에어로졸 발생 물품으로 조립하기 직전에 무게를 측정한 후, 곧바로 에어로졸 발생 물품으로 조립을 완료한 후, 24시간이 경과한 시점에서 흡수체를 에어로졸 발생물품으로부터 꺼내어 다시 무게를 측정하였을 때, 흡수체의 줄어든 무게의 퍼센트를 의미한다.
본 발명의 에어로졸 발생 물품에 있어서, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질을 흡수체에 1 g 당 0.05 g ~ 0.8 g으로 함침시켜서 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제조하는 경우, 제조 완료 후, 24시간 경과한 시점에서 액상물질이 흡수체로부터 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품의 다른 구성부분으로 이행되는 비율이 0 ~ 1 중량%를 충족할 수 있으며, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.1 ~ 0.4 중량%를 충족할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체는 직접 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품 권지에 말려서 포함되는 특징을 가질 수 있다. 이러한 구성은 흡수체에서 액상물질의 누액이 상기와 같은 범위로 매우 적은 범위로 조절되기 때문에 가능하다.
또한, 상기 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체는, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 방수처리가 되지 않은 권지를 사용하여 말려진 형태로 포함될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체는, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 방수피를 사용하여 한번 말은 후, 그 위에 일반적인 방수처리가 되지 않은 권지를 사용하여 말 수도 있다. 그러나, 이러한 경우 재료비 및 공정수가 추가되는 면에서 바람직하지 않다.
그러므로, 본 발명은 상기 기술한 바와 같이 방수처리 없이 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제조할 수 있는 효과도 제공한다.
상기 방수처리가 되지 않은 권지는 일반적인 건성 타입 궐련에서 사용하고 있는 권지를 의미한다.
그러나, 본 발명은 더 안정된 형태를 구현하기 위하여, 방수처리가 된 권지를 사용할 수도 있다. 이 경우에도 액상물질이 흡수체로부터 잘 유출되지 않으므로 가벼운 방수처리 정도로도 충분히 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제조할 수 있다.
상기 가벼운 방수처리에 의해 제조된 권지로는 종이 제조시 방수제 내첨 처리 권지, 종이 제조 후 방수제 함침 처리 권지, 알루미늄 코팅 권지 등을 들 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에서, 상기 액상물질은, 예를 들어, 0.1~5 중량부의 니코틴, 5~60 중량부의 글리세린 및 잔량의 용매를 포함하는 것일 수 있다. 그러나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이 분야에서 일반적으로 사용되는 액상물질이 그대로 사용될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에 있어서, 상기 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체는, 예를 들어, 길이가 3~20 mm이고 직경이 3~12mm가 되는 사이즈로 제조하거나, 상기 사이즈와 동일한 부피를 갖도록 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에 있어서, 상기 흡수체는 종이, 솜, 및 실리카 등으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택될 수 있으나, 이들로 한정되지 않으며, 이 분야에 공지된 것들이 모두 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에 있어서, 상기 흡수체는 종이에 주름을 형성해서 말은 형태의 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 흡수체는, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 종이 원지를 크림핑(crimping)하여 스트라이프 형태의 주름이나 칼집을 넣어 말은 형태의 것일 수 있다. 상기 크림핑은 크림프 장치를 사용하여 실시하며, 압착강도에 따라 주름만 형성하거나, 주름과 함께 칼집을 형성할 수도 있다.
상기에서 마무리는 도 7의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 주름이나 칼집이 들어가지 않은 종이 원지로 수행할 수도 있다.
상기 스트라이프 형태의 주름 또는 칼집의 간격은 0.1~10mm, 더욱 바람직하게는 1~2mm로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 흡수체로 사용되는 종이는 닥나무, 대나무, 자작나무 종이 등이 사용될 수 있으며, 이들 중에서도 자작나무 종이가 바람직하게 사용될 수 있다.
상기 종이의 두께는 30~200um, 더욱 바람직하게는 60~90um인 것이 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체를 제조하는 방법을 구체적으로 예를 들어 설명하면 다음과 같다:
a. 자작나무로 제조된 흡수체 종이(제조사명: 국일제지)를 준비하는 단계;
b. 상기 흡수체 종이에 스트라이프 형태의 주름이나 칼집을 형성하는 단계;
c. 상기 흡수체 종이에 글리세린을 스프레이 도포하는 단계;
d. 상기 글리세린이 도포된 흡수체 종이에 니코틴을 스프레이 도포하는 단계;
e. 상기 d 단계에서 제조된 흡수체 종이를 말아서 커팅하는 단계.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에 있어서, 도 2 및 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 에어로졸 발생 기재부의 양말단에는 각각 제1 필터부(22) 및 제2 필터부(24, 26)가 구비될 수 있다. 상기 필터부에는 이 분야에 공지된 필터가 제한 없이 사용될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 제2 필터는 냉각필터(24)와 마우스피스 필터(26)을 포함할 수 있다. 또한 상기 제2 필터는 상기 냉각필터(24) 앞쪽에 튜브필터를 더 포함할 수도 있다.
상기 제 1 필터는 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체가 구조적으로 안정하게 수용될 수 있도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 상기 제1 필터로는 이 분야에 공지된 필터가 제한 없이 사용될 수 있다. 예를 들어 Tube(중공형), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 종이 필터, 리세스, PLA 등이 사용될 수 있다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체(10)와 필터부(20) 사이에는 빈공간이 형성된 형태로 에어로졸 발생 물품(100)이 제조될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시형태에 있어서, 상기 에어로졸 발생 기재부의 선단부에는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 가연성 열원(40)이 더 구비될 수 있다. 가연성 열원(40)이 더 구비되는 경우, 가열성 열원에 직접 불을 붙여 흡연을 하게 되므로, 실제 담배를 피우는 느낌을 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은, 도 8 및 9에 예시된 바와 같이,
상기 본 발명의 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품(100); 및
에어로졸 발생 물품 수용홈(60) 및 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품 수용홈의 바닥에 구비된 히터 부재(70)를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 수단(200);을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 장치(300)에 관한 것이다.
상기 히터 부재(70)로는 이 분야에 공지된 다양한 형태의 히터가 사용될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 원통형 히터(도 8, 70), 블레이드 등의 서셉터(도 9, 72) 등이 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 에어로졸 발생 장치(300)에 있어서, 상기에서 특별히 한정한 기술적 특징을 제외하고는 이 분야에 공지된 기술적 구성이 그대로 적용될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 에어로졸 발생 수단(200)에는, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 공지의 블레이트 타입의 서셉터(72), 제어회로(90), 충전지(94) 등의 구성이 더 포함될 수 있다.
이하 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위하여 실시예를 제시하나, 하기 실시예는 본 발명을 예시하는 것일 뿐, 본 발명의 범주 및 기술사상 범위 내에서 다양한 변경 및 수정이 가능함은 당업자에게 있어서 명백한 것이며, 이러한 변경 및 수정이 첨부된 특허청구범위에 속하는 것도 당연한 것이다.
실시예 1~3: 에어로졸 발생 물품의 제조 및 누액량 측정
하기 도 2에 도시된 바와 같은 형태로 본 발명의 에어로졸 발생 물품을 제조하였다.
상기 에어로졸 발생 물품에 있어서, 흡수체는 자작나무로 제조된 종이(제조사명: 국일제지)에 크림프로 도 7에서와 같이 칼집을 형성하여 제조하고, 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질을 스프레이에 의해 도포하고, 말아서 제조하였다.
상기 액상물질로는 니코틴, 글리세린(ELOGLYN R995, LG생활건강 제조), 프로필렌글리콜(상품명: 프로필렌 글리콜, SKC 제조) 등을 포함하는 것으로서 시판중인 것을 구입하여 사용하였다.
필터로는 튜브필터만을 사용하였고, 권지로는 방수처리가 되지 않은 것 (상품명: MFW, 국일제지 제조)을 사용하여 3개의 궐련을 제조하였다.
상기에서 궐련을 조립하기 직전에 액상물질로 함침된 흡수체의 무게를 측정한 후, 권련을 조립하였다. 그리고 권련의 조립이 완료된 후, 24시간이 경과한 시점에서 흡수체를 에어로졸 발생물품으로부터 꺼내어 다시 무게를 측정하고, 최초 측정시와 비교하여 줄어든 무게를 계산하여 하기 표 1에 나타내었다.

상기 표 1에서 확인되는 바와 같이, 본 발명의 에어로졸 발생 물품은 액상물질 함침 흡수체로부터 그를 제외한 궐련으로의 액상물질의 누액이 거의 발생하지 않는 것으로 확인되었다.
비록 본 발명이 상기 언급된 바람직한 실시예와 관련되어 설명되었지만, 발명의 요지와 범위로부터 벗어남이 없이 다양한 수정이나 변형을 하는 것이 가능하다. 따라서, 첨부된 특허청구범위는 본 발명의 요지에 속하는 한 이러한 수정이나 변형을 포함할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 에어로졸 발생 기재부 및 필터부를 포함하며,
    상기 에어로졸 발생 기재부는 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체를 포함하며,
    상기 액상 물질은 10~30회 흡입량으로 포함되는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 에어로졸 형성용 액상물질은 흡수체 1g 당 0.05 g ~ 0.8 g으로 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품은 제조 완료 후, 24시간 경과한 시점에서 액상물질이 흡수체로부터 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품의 다른 구성부분으로 이행되는 비율이 0 ~ 1 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    에어로졸 형성용 액상물질이 함침된 흡수체는 직접 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품 권지에 말려서 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 권지는 방수처리가 되지 않은 권지인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 흡수체는 종이, 솜, 및 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 흡수체는 종이에 주름을 형성해서 말은 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 흡수체는 종이 원지를 크림핑(crimping)하여 스트라이프 형태의 주름이나 칼집을 넣어 말은 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 액상물질은 0.1~5 중량부의 니코틴, 5~60 중량부의 글리세린 및 5~35 중량부의 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품은 에어로졸 발생 기재부의 양말단에 각각 제1 필터부 및 제2 필터부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품.
  11. 제1항의 일회용 액상 에어로졸 발생 물품; 및
    에어로졸 발생 물품 수용홈 및 상기 에어로졸 발생 물품 수용홈의 바닥에 구비된 히터 부재를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 수단;을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 장치.
