Abstract

L'invention concerne un brûleur à gaz à prémélange, comprenant une structure de plaque métallique, un plateau de brûleur et une plaque de distribution mise en forme. La structure de plaque métallique est ménagée de façon à monter le brûleur à gaz à prémélange dans un appareil de chauffage. Le plateau de brûleur comprend un treillis de fil tissé sur la surface externe duquel un gaz à prémélange est brûlé après que le gaz à prémélange s'est écoulé à travers le treillis de fil tissé. La plaque de distribution mise en forme comprend des perforations. Lorsque le brûleur est en cours d'utilisation, le gaz à prémélange s'écoule à travers les perforations de la plaque de distribution mise en forme avant que le gaz à prémélange ne s'écoule à travers le treillis de fil tissé. Une ou plusieurs ouvertures en forme de fente ou d'encoche sont ménagées dans la plaque de distribution mise en forme. Le treillis de fil tissé comprend un bord circonférentiel comprenant au moins une languette. Ladite languette est insérée à travers une ouverture en forme de fente ou d'encoche dans la plaque de distribution mise en forme.
