【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电子烟。
【背景技术】
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟作为替代香烟用品,多用于戒烟。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等其他有害成分。
电子烟主要由雾化器和电源组件构成。雾化器作为电子烟产生雾化气体的核心装置,其雾化效果决定了烟雾的质量与口感。一般的雾化器的加热体为弹簧状的发热丝,其制作过程为将线状的发热丝缠绕在一固定轴上。当所述发热丝通电时,存储在存储器上的烟液被吸附在所述固定轴上,经所述发热丝的加热作用将烟液雾化。
然而,上述电子烟的固定轴的体积和表面积较小,导致吸附的烟液较少,烟液的雾化效果较差。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种雾化效果更好的电子烟。

在其中一个实施例中,所述吸液元件设于所述储液器的一端,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述烟道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件收容在所述雾化通道内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电子烟还包括设于所述储液器与所述吸液元件之间的盖体,所述盖体内开设有导液通道和排气道,所述烟液通过所述导液通道进入所述吸液元件,所述排气道与所述烟道相通,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述排气道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件收容在所述雾化通道内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸液元件设于所述储液器的一端,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述烟道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件设于所述吸液元件远离所述储液器的一端。
在其中一个实施例中,所述发热元件为平面螺旋形的发热丝,所述发热丝的两端通过导线分别与所述电源组件相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸液元件设于所述储液器的一端,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述烟道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件为设于所述雾化通道的内壁的发热涂层。
一种电子烟,包括:壳体;烟嘴盖,设置在所述壳体的一端,所述烟嘴盖开设有出气孔;雾化组件,收容在所述壳体内,所述雾化组件包括:吸液元件,用于吸附烟液,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述出气孔相通的雾化通道;及发热元件,与所述吸液元件相连,用于将所述吸液元件所吸附的烟液转化为烟雾,所述烟雾进入雾化通道;及电源组件,收容在所述壳体内并与所述雾化组件相连,用于给所述发热元件提供电源。
在其中一个实施例中,所述吸液元件的材料为多孔陶瓷。
在其中一个实施例中,所述发热元件为螺旋管状的发热丝,所述发热丝的两端通过导线分别与所述电源组件相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述发热元件为设于所述雾化通道的内壁的发热涂层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述发热元件为设于所述吸液元件远离所述烟嘴盖的一端的平面螺旋形的发热丝。
相对于现有技术,上述电子烟的吸液元件的体积较大,其与发热元件的接触面积较大,因此雾化效果较好。

【具体实施方式】
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。另外,在没有明确否定的情况下,其中一个实施例的技术特征也可以有益地与其他一个或多个实施例相互结合。
请同时参阅图1和图2,实施例一的电子烟100包括壳体120、烟嘴盖140、雾化组件160及电源组件180。
壳体120大致为长条形的空心圆筒。烟嘴盖140设置在壳体120的一端,雾化组件160及电源组件180收容于壳体120的内部。可以理解,壳体120也可以为方形或是其他形状。
烟嘴盖140的外侧设有螺纹,并通过该螺纹螺合固定于壳体120的顶端。烟嘴盖140的中部还开设有一个出气孔142。
雾化组件160包括储液器162、吸液元件164及发热元件166。
储液器162大致为空心的圆形管状体,其主要用于存储烟液。储液器162的内部沿轴向开设有大致呈圆柱形的烟道161。烟道161与出气孔142相对应。储液器162内还设有用于吸收烟液的储液介质163。储液介质163可以采用纤维等材质制成,优选地,采用改性的纤维制成。通过改性处理可以去除烟液的异味,以免影响烟雾的口味。
吸液元件164与储液器162相连。本实施例中,吸液元件164的形状大致为与烟道161相配合的圆管。因此,吸液元件164可以插入到储液器162的烟道161的内部,从而与储液介质163直接接触。吸液元件164采用具有储液、耐温的多孔的硬质材料制成,如硅胶、多孔陶瓷等。由此,来自储液介质163的烟液通过毛细管作用能够均匀地分散到吸液元件164的内部和表面。吸液元件164的内部沿轴向开设有与烟道161相通的雾化通道165。
发热元件166与吸液元件164相连。本实施例中,发热元件166为收容于雾化通道165内的螺旋管状的发热丝。发热元件166的延伸方向与雾化通道165的延伸方向相同。传统的发热丝通常是横向设置在电子烟的气流通道内,由于气流通道的直径较小,可设置的发热丝的圈数较少。而在本实施例中,发热元件166的延伸方向设置成与雾化通道165的方向一致,因此发热丝缠绕的圈数可大大提高,因而可以提高加热面积和雾化效果。发热元件166采用具有弹性的金属或合金等导电材质制成,优选为镍铬合金丝。由于发热元件166具有一定的弹性,吸液元件164为硬性材质,因而吸液元件164可直接固定在雾化通道165中,不需要借助支撑件,简化了结构。发热元件166的两端分别通过两根导线182与电源组件180相连。当发热元件166通电时,发热元件166能够加热吸液元件164,从而使得存储在吸液元件164内部的烟液能够均匀受热而转化为均匀的雾化颗粒(即烟雾)。该烟雾可以从雾化通道165进入到烟道161,并最后通过出气孔142进入使用者的口中。
电源组件180包括电极座184和电池(图未示)。发热元件166的两端通过两根导线182与电源组件180的电极座184分别相连。电池用于给发热元件166提供电源。可以理解,电源组件180还可以包括咪头、指示灯等常规元件,在此不再赘述。
相对于现有技术,上述电子烟100的吸液元件164的体积较大,其与发热元件166的接触面积较大,因此雾化效果较好。
请同时参阅图3和图4,实施例二的电子烟200与实施例一的电子烟100较为相似,包括壳体220、烟嘴盖240、雾化组件260及电源组件280,其区别在于:本实施例中,吸液元件264的形状大致为与壳体220相配合的圆管。吸液元件264收容于壳体220内,并位于储液器262的一端。来自储液器262的烟液通过毛细作用能够均匀地分散到吸液元件264的内部和表面。吸液元件264的内部开设有与烟道262相通的雾化通道265,发热元件266为收容在雾化通道265内的螺旋管状的发热丝。与实施例一相比,本实施例的吸液元件264的直径较大,从而可以吸附或存储更多的烟液。
请同时参阅图5和图6,实施例三的电子烟300与实施例二的电子烟200较为相似,包括壳体320、烟嘴盖340、雾化组件360及电源组件380,其区别在于:电子烟300还包括设于储液器362与吸液元件364之间的盖体37。盖体37大致为圆管形,其设置在储液器362的一端用于密封储液器362。盖体37的中部开设有与烟道361相通的排气道372。盖体37位于排气道372的周围还开设有均匀分布四个导液通道374。储液器362内的烟液可以通过该四个导液通道374流入到吸液元件364内。吸液元件364的内部开设有与排气道372相通的雾化通道365,发热元件366收容在雾化通道365内。与实施例二相比,本实施例的烟液通过导液通道374流入到吸液元件364中,因此可以较为精确地控制烟液的流量。可以理解,导液通道374的数量也可以为三个、五个或更多。
请同时参阅图7和图8,实施例四的电子烟400与实施例二的电子烟200较为相似,包括壳体320、烟嘴盖340、雾化组件360及电源组件380,其区别在于:发热元件466设于吸液元件464远离储液器462的一端。发热元件466为平面螺旋形的发热丝,且该发热丝的两端通过导线分别与电源组件480相连。与实施例二相比,本实施例的发热元件466的面积较大,加热效果较好。
请同时参阅图9和图10,实施例五的电子烟500与实施例二的电子烟200较为相似,包括壳体320、烟嘴盖340、雾化组件360及电源组件380,其区别在于:发热元件566为设于雾化通道565的内壁的发热涂层。发热涂层可为金属发热膜也可以为非金属发热膜。发热涂层可通过印刷等方式涂覆在吸液元件564的雾化通道565的内壁,并通过导线与电源组件380相连。与实施例二相比,本实施例的发热涂层除了可以通过空气对流传导热量外,由于是面状发热,因此还可以直接用远红外辐射的方法来传导热量,较其他发热方式省电。
请同时参阅图11和图12,实施例六的电子烟600与实施例一的电子烟100较为相似,包括壳体620、烟嘴盖640、雾化组件660及电源组件680,其区别在于:雾化组件660包括吸液元件664及发热元件666,即省略了储液器。由于吸液元件664本身具有储液能力,因此可以直接用吸液元件664来存储烟液。由于省略了储液器,吸液元件664的雾化通道665与出气孔642直接相通。与实施例一相比,本实施例的电子烟600的结构更为简单。
请同时参阅图13和图14,实施例七的电子烟700与实施例六的电子烟600较为相似,包括壳体720、烟嘴盖740、雾化组件760及电源组件780,其区别在于:发热元件766为设于雾化通道765的内壁的发热涂层。该发热涂层的结构及特性与实施例五类似,具有发热效果好及省电的优点。可以理解,在另一个实施例中,发热元件766也可为设置于吸液元件764远离烟嘴盖740的一端的平面螺旋形的发热丝。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    烟嘴盖,设置在所述壳体的一端,所述烟嘴盖开设有出气孔;
    雾化组件,收容在所述壳体内,所述雾化组件包括:
    储液器,用于存储烟液,所述储液器内部形成与所述出气孔相通的烟道;
    吸液元件,与所述储液器相连,用于吸附烟液;及
    发热元件,与所述吸液元件相连,用于将所述吸液元件所吸附的烟液转化为烟雾,所述烟雾进入烟道;及
    电源组件,收容在所述壳体内并与所述雾化组件相连,用于给所述发热元件提供电源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸液元件的材料为多孔陶瓷。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸液元件收容在所述烟道内,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述烟道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件收容在所述雾化通道内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热元件为螺旋管状的发热丝,所述发热丝的两端通过导线分别与所述电源组件相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储液器内设有储液介质。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸液元件设于所述储液器的一端,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述烟道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件收容在所述雾化通道内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括设于所述储液器与所述吸液元件之间的盖体,所述盖体内开设有导液通道和排气道,所述烟液通过所述导液通道进入所述吸液元件,所述排气道与所述烟道相通,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述排气道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件收容在所述雾化通道内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸液元件设于所述储液器的一端,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述烟道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件设于所述吸液元件远离所述储液器的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热元件为平面螺旋形的发热丝,所述发热丝的两端通过导线分别与所述电源组件相连。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸液元件设于所述储液器的一端,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述烟道相通的雾化通道,所述发热元件为设于所述雾化通道的内壁的发热涂层。
  11. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    烟嘴盖,设置在所述壳体的一端,所述烟嘴盖开设有出气孔;
    雾化组件,收容在所述壳体内,所述雾化组件包括:
    吸液元件,用于吸附烟液,所述吸液元件的内部开设有与所述出气孔相通的雾化通道;及
    发热元件,与所述吸液元件相连,用于将所述吸液元件所吸附的烟液转化为烟雾,所述烟雾进入雾化通道;及
    电源组件,收容在所述壳体内并与所述雾化组件相连,用于给所述发热元件提供电源。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸液元件的材料为多孔陶瓷。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热元件为螺旋管状的发热丝,所述发热丝的两端通过导线分别与所述电源组件相连。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热元件为设于所述雾化通道的内壁的发热涂层。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热元件为设于所述吸液元件远离所述烟嘴盖的一端的平面螺旋形的发热丝。
