Abstract
Description
上記日射遮蔽装置は、前記ヘッドレールを複数有するとともに前記複数のヘッドレールの各々に対して前記移送機構が個別に設けられ、前記複数のヘッドレールの1つは、前記移送機構に前記第1操作ユニットが取り付けられ、前記複数のヘッドレールの他の1つは、前記移送機構に前記第2操作ユニットが取り付けられていてもよい。
図1に示されるように、両開き型の日射遮蔽装置は、カーテンレール1の両端部から中央部に向かって日射遮蔽材部材であるカーテン生地2a,2bが引き出され、あるいは、カーテンレール1の中央部から両端部に向かってカーテン生地2a,2bが畳み込まれる。
図9~図14を参照して手動ユニット50について説明する。
上述した日射遮蔽装置では、移送機構5aには、手動ユニット50及び電動ユニット80の一方が取り付けられる。そして、手動ユニット50及び電動ユニット80の各々は、移送機構5aに対して着脱可能である。そのため、ユーザーは、自身の希望に合わせた駆動方式の操作ユニットを選択できる。この際に、手動ユニット50は、プーリー13に連結されてプーリー13を駆動する駆動軸56と、駆動軸56を駆動するための手動操作コード52とを備えている。これに対して、電動ユニット80は、これもまたプーリー13に連結されてプーリー13を駆動する駆動軸84、駆動軸84を駆動するためのモーター83、さらには、モーター83に給電する給電コード81を備えている。それゆえに、移送機構5a,5bの駆動方式が手動であれば、モーター83や給電コード81が装置構成から省かれる。また、移送機構5a,5bの駆動方式が電動であれば、手動操作コード52が装置構成から省かれる。それゆえに、移送機構5a,5bの駆動方式が手動と電動とに変わる日射遮蔽装置において、ユーザーが希望する駆動方式に適した装置構成への切り替えが可能である。
(1)移送機構5aに対して手動ユニット50あるいは電動ユニット80が取付可能である。そのため、ユーザーの希望する駆動方式に合わせた日射遮蔽装置を提供することができる。
(2)また、移送機構5aに手動ユニット50が取り付けられた日射遮蔽装置にのみ、手動操作コード52が設けられる。そのため、電動ユニット80においては、モーター83を駆動するための操作ボタンの配置について、手動操作コード52の長さや位置を考慮することなく自由に設定することができる。また、手動ユニット50においては、手動式と電動とを兼用する操作ユニットのようにモーター類が配置されることがない。すなわち、各操作ユニットの占有するスペースがユーザーの希望する駆動方式に応じたスペースとなる。
(3)手動ユニット50及び電動ユニット80の双方が移送機構5aに対して着脱可能であることから、操作ユニットの付け替えを行うことができる。
(4)手動ユニット50は、プーリー13の軸挿通孔18に駆動軸56を挿通させ、且つ、ケース蓋30のユニット支持部34が差込溝63に差し込まれた状態で、駆動軸56を中心軸として回転操作されることにより移送機構5aに取り付けられる。
(5)手動ユニット50は、移送機構5aに取り付けられた状態において、駆動軸56を中心軸とした操作ユニットの回転を防止するストッパー70を備えている。このストッパー70は、付勢ばね73によって上方向に付勢されており、移送機構5aに操作ユニットが取り付けられる際にケース7の押圧片7aに押圧されることでユニットキャップ55に没入したのち、再び突出して取付溝8aに嵌入する。
・駆動軸は、駆動軸に形成されたキーと軸挿通孔の内周面に形成されたキー溝とによってプーリー13に連結されてもよい。また、手動ユニット50の駆動軸56と電動ユニット80の駆動軸84とは、互いに異なる形状であってもよい。
・図16及び図17に示されるように、一対のカーテンレール101,102を備える日射遮蔽装置においては、カーテンレール101の移送機構5aに手動ユニット50が取り付けられ、且つ、カーテンレール102の移送機構5aに電動ユニット80が取り付けられてもよい。すなわち、複数のカーテンレールを備える日射遮蔽装置においては、異なるカーテンレールの移送機構に対し、手動ユニット50あるいは電動ユニット80が選択的に取り付けられてもよい。この構成によれば、例えば室内側の厚手のカーテンを電動で作動させ、室外側の薄手のレースカーテンを手動で作動させることが可能である。なお、カーテンレール101,102は、カーテンボックス103に収容されていてもよい。
・移送機構は、棒状の移送部材を移動させる機構として、例えば移送プーリー13をピニオンとするラックアンドピニオン式を利用した機構や送りねじを利用した機構であってもよい。
Claims (5)
- 日射遮蔽部材の取り付けられたランナーをスライド可能に支持するヘッドレールと、
前記ランナーと移送部材を介して連結される移送プーリーを有し、前記移送プーリーの回転によって前記ランナーを前記ヘッドレールに沿って移送する移送機構と、
前記移送プーリーと連結して駆動軸として機能する第1軸を有した第1操作ユニットと、
前記移送プーリーと前記第1軸とが連結した状態で前記第1操作ユニットを吊り下げる吊下部と、を備え、
前記吊下部は、
前記第1操作ユニットを取り外し可能に吊り下げるとともに、
前記第1操作ユニットが取り外された状態では、
前記移送プーリーを駆動する駆動軸として機能する第2軸を有した第2操作ユニットを、前記移送プーリーと前記第2軸とが連結した状態で吊り下げることを許容し、
前記第1操作ユニットと前記第2操作ユニットのうちの一方は、手動操作コードを備えて駆動軸を手動で回転させる手動機構であり、
前記第1操作ユニットと前記第2操作ユニットのうちの他方は、給電コードを備えて駆動軸を電動で回転させる電動機構である
日射遮蔽装置。 - 前記移送プーリーは、前記駆動軸が上下方向に沿って通る軸挿通孔を備え、
前記吊下部は、前記軸挿通孔に前記駆動軸が通された状態で、前記駆動軸を中心とした前記第1操作ユニットの吊下位置から着脱位置までの回転によって前記第1操作ユニットの吊り下げを解除する
請求項1に記載の日射遮蔽装置。 - 前記第1及び第2操作ユニットの各々を操作ユニットとするとき、
前記操作ユニットは、
前記吊下部に吊り下げられるユニットキャップと、前記ユニットキャップの上面から出没可能なストッパーと、前記ストッパーを上方向に付勢する付勢ばねと、を備え、
前記吊下部は、
前記ユニットキャップを吊り下げる吊下支持部と、前記ストッパーを押圧して前記ストッパーを前記ユニットキャップに没入させる押圧部であって、前記操作ユニットが前記吊下位置にあるときに前記ストッパーが嵌入する嵌入口を有する前記押圧部と、を備え、
前記嵌入口に前記ストッパーが嵌入した状態では、前記駆動軸を中心とした前記操作ユニットの回転が防止される
請求項2に記載の日射遮蔽装置。 - 前記第1軸と前記第2軸とは、互いに同じ断面矩形状に形成されている
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の日射遮蔽装置。 - 前記ヘッドレールを複数有するとともに前記複数のヘッドレールの各々に対して前記移送機構が個別に設けられ、
前記複数のヘッドレールの1つは、前記移送機構に前記第1操作ユニットが取り付けられ、
前記複数のヘッドレールの他の1つは、前記移送機構に前記第2操作ユニットが取り付けられている
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の日射遮蔽装置。
