Abstract

Zur Reibungsverminderung in einem Gleitlager (1) ist es bekannt, die Gleitfläche (1) mittels ECM zu strukturieren durch Einbringen einer Vielzahl mikroskopisch kleiner Vertiefungen (27). Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, insbesondere im gleichen Arbeitsschritt, auch die Zwischenräume (6) zwischen den Vertiefungen (27) zu glätten, also die Spitzen des Oberflächenprofils abzutragen.
