- 청구항 18에 있어서,상기 식각법은 상기 제1 전극상에 금속층을 형성하고, 상기 금속층 상에 식각 보호층을 형성한 후, 식각액으로 상기 금속층을 식각하는 것을 포함하는 것인 유기태양전지의 제조방법.
