Abstract
Description
図5に示すように、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る固定具100aは、被固定部材1上から突出する雄部材4と、固定対象物2上に配置され、雄部材4と係合可能な雌部材3とを備える。雌部材3は、図2に示すように、固定対象物2の第1主面2a及び第1主面2aと対向する第2主面2bを貫通する開口部2c内に配置された外筒部20と、外筒部20の内周面に沿って摺動可能な壁部311を有する内筒部30からなる二重筒構造を有している。部品点数を少なくする上では、二重筒構造であるのが好ましいが、外筒部20又は内筒部30を、複数の筒体から構成する多重筒構造としても構わない。
第2の実施の形態に係る固定具100bは、図11に示すように、被固定部材1上から突出する雄部材5と、固定対象物2上に配置され、雄部材5と連結される筒状の雌部材6とを備える。雌部材6は、固定対象物2の第1主面2a及び第1主面2aと対向する第2主面2bを貫通する開口部2c内に配置された外筒部60と、外筒部60の内周面に沿って摺動可能な壁部711を有する内筒部70からなる多重筒構造を有している。
第3の実施の形態に係るロックシステムは、図16に示すように、被固定部材1(図示せず)と固定対象物2とを固定するための雄部材4(図示せず)及び雌部材3(図示せず)を備える固定具100aと、雄部材4及び雌部材3の係合状態を検知するセンサ85と、センサ85の検出結果を処理する制御装置9を備える。制御装置9は、各種処理を実行するCPU90、I/Oインターフェース95を介して操作者からの入出力を受け付ける入力装置96及び出力装置97、CPU90による処理結果を表示させる表示装置98及びROM、RAM等の記憶装置99を備えることができ、例えば、車両制御装置内に組み込まれることができる。
上記のように本発明の実施の形態を記載したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、この発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。本発明はここでは明示していない様々な態様を含むことは勿論であり、実施段階においてはその要旨を逸脱しない範囲において変形して具体化され得る。

- 被固定部材(1)上に固定対象物(2)を固定するための固定具(100a、100b)であって、
前記被固定部材(1)上から突出する雄部材(4、5)と、
前記固定対象物(2)上に配置され、前記雄部材(4、5)と係合可能な雌部材(3、6)とを備え、
前記雌部材(3、6)が、
先端部(3a)が前記雄部材(4、5)と接触して半径方向外側へ弾性変形し、前記雄部材(4、5)を内部に収容する筒状の壁部(311、711)と、
前記壁部(311、711)の前記弾性変形を制限し、前記雄部材(4、5)を前記壁部(311、711)の内部に閉じこめるロック機構(32、72)と
を備えることを特徴とする固定具。 - 前記固定対象物(2)が、第1主面(2a)、前記第1主面(2a)と対向する第2主面(2b)及び前記1主面(2a)及び前記第2主面(2b)を貫通する開口部(2c)を備え、
前記雌部材(3、6)が、
前記開口部(2c)内に固定された外筒部(20、60)と、
前記外筒部(20)の内周面に沿って摺動可能な前記壁部(311、711)及び前記ロック機構(32、72)を備える内筒部(30、70)と
を備える請求項1に記載の固定具。 - 前記雄部材(4)を内部に収容する前記内筒部(30)を、前記外筒部(20)内で周方向に回転させ、前記ロック機構(32)により前記外筒部(20)内に前記内筒部(30)を固定又は固定解除することにより、被固定部材(1)と固定対象物(2)との固定又は固定解除を行う請求項2に記載の固定具。
- 開口部(2c)を有する固定対象物(2)を、被固定部材(1)上に固定するための固定具(100a)であって、
前記被固定部材(1)上から突出する雄部材(4)と、
前記開口部(2c)に配置され、前記雄部材(4)と係合可能な雌部材(3)と
を備え、前記雌部材(3)が、
前記開口部(2c)内に固定され、前記開口部(2c)の中心に向けて突出する少なくとも1の突起(24)を有する筒状の外筒部(20)と、
前記少なくとも1の突起(24)と連結され、前記外筒部(20)の内周面に沿って摺動可能な内筒部(30)と
を備え、前記内筒部(30)が、
先端部(3a)が前記雄部材(4)と接触して半径方向外側へ弾性変形し、前記雄部材(4)を内部に収容する筒状の壁部(311)、
前記壁部(311)上に配置され、前記内筒部(30)の長手方向に伸び、前記少なくとも1の突起(24)と連結された少なくとも1の連結部(31)、及び
前記壁部(311)上に配置され、前記連結部(31)と連続し、前記壁部(311)の周方向に伸び、前記少なくとも1の突起(24)を受け入れるロック機構(32)
を備えることを特徴とする固定具。 - 前記内筒部(30)が、
前記壁部(311)の一端に配置された底面部(312)と、
前記底面部(312)上に設けられ、前記内筒部(30)を前記外筒部(20)内で回転可能に駆動させるための凹溝(34)と
を更に備える請求項4に記載の固定具。 - 前記少なくとも1の連結部(31)が、前記壁部(311)を貫通する複数の縦溝(31a)であり、
前記ロック機構(32)が、前記壁部(311)を貫通する複数の横溝(32a)であり、
前記少なくとも1の突起(24)が、前記複数の縦溝(31a)及び前記複数の横溝(32a)に対応して複数設けられており、
前記突起(24)が前記縦溝(31a)内を移動することにより、前記内筒部(30)が前記外筒部(20)の長手方向に摺動し、前記突起(24)がそれぞれ前記縦溝(31a)から前記横溝(32a)へ移動することにより、前記内筒部(30)が周方向に移動して前記外筒部(20)と前記内筒部(30)とが前記開口部(2c)内にロックされる請求項4又は5に記載の固定具。 - 第1主面(2a)、前記第1主面(2a)と対向する第2主面(2b)及び前記第1主面(2a)及び前記第2主面(2b)を貫通する開口部(2c)を有する固定対象物(2)を、被固定部材(1)上に固定するための固定具(100a)であって、
前記被固定部材(1)上から突出する雄部材(4)と、
前記固定対象物(2)上に配置され、前記雄部材(4)と係合可能な雌部材(3)と
を備え、前記雌部材(3)が、
前記開口部(2c)に配置され、前記第1主面(2a)上に前記開口部(2c)と連通する補開口部(6c)を有する外筒部(60)と、
前記外筒部(20)の内周面に沿って摺動可能であり、前記雄部材(4、5)と接触して半径方向外側へ弾性変形し、前記雄部材(4、5)を内部に収容する筒状の壁部(711)、及び前記壁部(711)の一端から前記補開口部(6c)へ向けて突出する凸状の前記ロック機構(72)が設けられた内筒部(70)と
を備え、

- 被固定部材(1)上に固定対象物(2)を固定するロックシステムであって、
前記被固定部材(1)上から突出する雄部材(4、5)と、
前記固定対象物(2)上に配置され、前記雄部材(4、5)と係合可能な雌部材(3、6)であって、先端部(3a)が前記雄部材(4、5)と接触して半径方向外側へ弾性変形し、前記雄部材(4、5)を内部に収容する筒状の壁部(311、711)と、前記壁部(311、711)の前記弾性変形を制限し、前記雄部材(4、5)を前記壁部(311、711)の内部に閉じこめるロック機構(32、72)とを備える雌部材(3、6)と、
前記雌部材(3、6)と前記雄部材(4、5)の係合状態を検知するセンサ(91)と、
前記センサ(91)の検出結果に基づいて、雄部材(4、5)と前記雌部材(3、6)との係合が解除された場合に前記固定対象物(2)の固定解除を警告する警告手段(93)と
を備えるロックシステム。 - 被固定部材(1)上に固定対象物(2)を固定するための固定対象物の固定方法であって、
前記被固定部材(1)上から突出する雄部材(4、5)を、筒状の壁部(311、711)とロック機構(32、72)とを有する雌部材(3、6)の前記筒状の壁部(311、711)の先端部(3a、7a)と接触させ、前記先端部(3a、7a)を半径方向外側へ弾性変形させて前記雄部材(4、5)を前記壁部(311、711)内に押し込むことにより、前記雄部材(4、5)を前記壁部(311、711)内に収容させるステップと、
前記被固定部材(1)と前記固定対象物(2)とを近づけて、前記雄部材(4、5)を収容した前記壁部(311、711)を前記固定対象物(2)内に収容させるステップと、
前記雄部材(4、5)を収容した状態で、前記壁部(311、711)を第1の位置から第2の位置へ移動させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする固定対象物の固定方法。 - 前記雌部材(3)が、
前記固定対象物(2)の第1主面(2a)及び前記第1主面(2a)と対向する第2主面(2b)を貫通する開口部(2c)内に配置された外筒部(20)と、
前記外筒部(20)の内周面に沿って摺動可能であり、前記ロック機構(32)を有する内筒部(30)と
を備え、
前記被固定部材(1)上に前記固定対象物(2)を固定するステップが、
前記内筒部(30)を周方向に回転させて前記外筒部(20)が有する突起(24)を前記内筒部(30)の前記ロック機構(32)へ挿入することにより、前記内筒部(30)を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ移動させ、前記雄部材(4)を収容した状態で前記外筒部(20)と前記内筒部(30)とを前記開口部(2c)内に閉じこめることを含む請求項10に記載の固定対象物の固定方法。 - 前記雌部材(3)が、前記壁部(311)の一端に配置された底面部(312)上に設けられた凹溝(34)を更に備えており、
前記被固定部材(1)上に前記固定対象物(2)を固定するステップが、
前記凹溝(34)内に駆動具を挿入し、前記内筒部(30)を前記外筒部(20)内で回転させることを含む請求項11に記載の固定対象物の固定方法。
