( 13)用户通过接入设备请求业务管理平台下发该定制好的手机业务软件;
( 14)业务管理平台给用户指定的设备发送下载地址;
( 15)用户采用指定设备以多种方式下载该定制的手机业务软件后, 传送 到目标手机上安装使用; 下载方式包括: 业务管理平台发送推送 PUSH消息后, 由用户手机点击下载安装; 或用户通过电脑访问互联网下载, 再传送到手机上 安装。
所述方法中的配置手机软件业务参数的操作步骤如下:
(21 )用户通过接入设备登录业务管理平台, 通过身份验证后, 提出其对 手机软件业务的配置需求; 所述手机软件业务的配置参数包括: 业务描述信息 的备份周期, 自动检测、更新软件的频率, 连网方式, 或其它个性化业务参数; 该配置参数用作业务描述信息的组成内容;
(22)业务管理平台处理该手机软件业务的配置需求, 并在完成处理后, 给原接入设备发送信息, 告知用户已完成手机软件业务的参数配置;
(23)用户藉由手机访问业务管理平台, 通过身份认证后; 再藉由手机业 务软件的相关菜单项 /按键请求更新相关的业务参数配置信息;
( 24 )业务管理平台对通过身份认证的该用户手机下发所述手机软件业务
的新的配置参数;
(25 )所述用户手机中的手机业务软件接收到新的配置参数后, 对相关信 息进行更新处理。
所述方法在用户更换手机时, 将正在使用的业务及其描述信息从原手机有 选择地迁移到新手机上的操作步骤如下:
(31 )用户的原手机访问业务管理平台并进行身份认证, 通过认证后; 该 原手机向业务管理平台提出迁出某个或某些手机软件业务的请求;
(32)业务管理平台响应和处理该请求, 并告知该原手机: 所述某个或某 些手机软件业务迁出原手机的操作已处理完毕;
(33)用户的新手机访问业务管理平台并进行身份认证, 通过认证后; 该 新手机向业务管理平台提出迁入所述某个或某些手机软件业务的请求;
(34)业务管理平台响应和处理该请求, 并给该新手机下发所述某个或某 些手机软件业务的业务描述信息;
(35)该新手机对所述某个或某些手机软件业务的本地业务描述信息进行 更新处理。
所述方法的操作步骤(31)、 (32)可以省略, 此时的情况是: 当所述某个 或某些手机软件业务可以同时运行于多个手机, 即这些手机软件业务迁入另一 手机并不要求必须从原来的手机上迁出时; 或者只要预备迁入手机软件业务的 手机能够通过身份认证, 则从原手机无条件迀出不能并存的手机软件业务。
所述方法在用户更换手机时,如果该用户购买 /使用的手机软件业务较多而 要将正在原手机使用的所有手机软件业务及其描述信息都从原手机整体迁移到 新手机上时,有两种处理原则:第一种是将原手机所拥有 /订购的所有手机软件 业务无条件地全部迁入到新手机, 第二种是必须先在原手机上迁出相关手机软 件业务后, 再将该相关手机软件业务一起迁入到新手机。
所述第一种将原手机的手机软件业务无条件地迁入到新手机的操作步骤如 下:
(41 )用户的新手机访问业务管理平台进行身份认证, 通过认证后, 该新 手机向业务管理平台提出整体移机请求;
(42)业务管理平台响应该整体移机请求, 并向该新手机返回用户签订的 所有手机软件业务列表;
(43)用户藉由该新手机选择需要迁移的手机软件业务, 并上报通知业务 管理平台;
( 44 )业务管理平台向该新手机下发其所选中的手机业务软件及其业务描 述信息;
(45) 该新手机在本地对业务管理平台下发的手机业务软件及其业务描述 信息进行安装与配置。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明还提供了一种以用户为中心, 便于定制、 配置 与迁移手机软件业务的网络系统, 包括移动通信网、 互联网和基站; 其特征在 于, 该系统还包括:
业务管理平台, 连接在互联网上, 负责将所有手机用户的用户描述信息及 该用户手机的各种手机软件业务的业务描述信息一起备份存储在该管理平台菔 务器数据库中, 并对这些信息进行管理; 对接入该管理平台服务器的手机或其 它接入设备进行身份认证, 只允许通过身份认证的用户手机或其它接入设备执 行相关业务操作;
接入设备, 用户藉由该接入设备访问业务管理平台, 选用适宜的方式修改 自已的用户描述信息和相关的业务描述信息, 定制或配置各种手机软件业务及 其业务描述信息;
手机, 其微机芯片中存储有用于唯一标识每个用户的用户描述信息和该用 户设置的各种手机软件业务的业务描述信息, 每个业务描述信息对应一项手机 软件业务。
所述接入设备包括手机、 电脑、 固定电话、 或交互式语音应答 IVR装置, 不同的接入设备采用不同方式访问业务管理平台, 其中电脑采用 WEB浏览器或 客户端方式接入业务管理平台;手机采用包括 GPRS、 EDGE, CDMA的不同接入点、 短信、 多媒体短信、 或话音通路访问因特网中的业务管理平台; 用户也可藉由 固定电话 /手机拨打客服电话,和客服人员进行交流;或者按照交互式语音应答 IVR装置的提示语进行操作, 由客服人员或 IVR装置根据用户要求通过电脑访 问业务管理平台完成相应操作。
所述手机软件业务的业务描述信息用于记载与设定手机软件业务相关的业 务信息和配置参数, 包括: 手机拒绝接收垃圾短信 /电子邮件业务中的黑、 白名 单和拒接方式,对手机传送的信息进行端到端加密业务中的用于双方相互协商、 计算的密钥交换算法和共享密钥; 所述用户描述信息用于记载用户个人信息和 手机硬件标识, 包括: 用户标识 /密码, 包括国际移动设备识别码 IMEI (又称 手机串号)和 卡标识国际移动用户识别码 IMSI的手机硬件标识,用户年龄 和性别, 个人喜好和擅长。
本发明还提供了一种以用户为中心、 便于定制、 配置与迁移手机软件业务 的网络系统, 包括移动通信网和基站; 其特征在于, 该系统还包括:

本发明是一种以用户为中心的便于定制、 配置和迁移手机软件业务的方法 和网络系统,本发明将手机业务软件视作该业务的载体,用户一旦安装 /使用(某 些手机业务软件在出厂时已经预装好)某种手机业务软件, 同时也将相关的业 务描述信息都存放在本发明的业务管理平台。 然后, 用户可以选择适宜的方式 登录本发明的业务管理平台, 修改其手机业务的描述信息 (包括定制业务软件 的形态和功能, 配置业务软件的相关参数等);在用户更换手机时, 可从业务管 理平台自动下载该用户的所有或部分手机业务软件和业务描述信息, 重新安装 与配置到新手机中, 以还原到与原来手机同样的手机软件业务环境。 从用户角 度来说, 用户看到的软件业务与手机无关; 而且, 用户可通过多种方式 (包括 手机、 PC电脑, 交互式语音应答 IVR设备, 客服电话等)修改手机软件业务的 描述信息, 以满足其个性化的需求; 同时, 用户还可以在不同的手机之间平滑 地迁移各种业务。
总之, 本发明降低了用户使用手机软件业务的技术门槛, 方便用户更换手 机和对手机业务软件进行个性化的定制和配置, 具有很好的应用前景。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面结合附图对本发明作 进一步的详细描述。
参见图 1, 本发明以用户为中心、 便于定制、 配置与迁移手机软件业务的 网络系统, 除了移动通信网和基站外, 还包括三个实体组件:
业务管理平台, 始终连接在互联网上, 负责将所有手机用户的用户描述信 息及该用户手机的各种手机软件业务的业务描述信息一起备份存储在该平台服 务器数据库中, 并对这些信息进行管理; 对接入该平台服务器的手机或其它接 入设备进行身份认证, 只允许通过身份认证的用户手机或其它接入设备执行相 关业务操作。
接入设备, 用户藉由该接入设备访问业务管理平台, 选用适宜的方式修改 自已的用户描述信息和相关的业务描述信息, 定制或配置各种手机软件业务及 其业务描述信息; 接入设备可以是手机、 电脑、 固定电话、 或交互式语音应答 IVR装置。不同的接入设备采用不同方式访问业务管理平台,其中电脑采用 WEB 浏览器或客户端方式接入业务管理平台; 手机采用 GPRS、 EDGE, CDMA或其它不 同接入点、 短信、 多媒体短信、 或话音通路访问因特网中的业务管理平台; 用 户也可藉由固定电话 /手机拨打客服电话,和客服人员进行交流;或者按照交互 式语音应答 IVR装置的提示语进行操作, 由客服人员或 IVR装置根据用户要求 通过电脑访问业务管理平台完成相应操作。

在本发明系统中, 每个手机用户都有一个用户描述信息和若干个业务描述 信息(参见图 2), 其中用户描述信息用于记载用户个人隐私信息及其手机硬件 标识, 包括: 用户的唯一标识 /密码, 包括手机串号 IMEI和 SE1卡标识 IMSI 的手机硬件标识, 用户年龄和性别, 个人喜好和擅长。 业务描述信息用于记载 与设定手机业务软件相关的形态、 功能和配置参数、 或与业务密切相关的其它 个性化信息, 例如: 手机防骚扰拒绝接收垃圾短信 /电子邮件业务中的黑、 白名 单和拒接方式,对手机传送的信息进行端到端加密业务中的用于双方相互协商、 计算的密钥交换算法和共享密钥。 每一个业务都对应有一个业务描述信息。
在本发明中, 所有手机用户的用户描述信息及其业务描述信息都在业务管 理平台中存储和管理, 用户通过接入设备(手机、 PC电脑(以 WEB浏览器或客 户端程序方式)、 IVR设备、人工电话等)访问业务管理平台,通过身份认证后, 可以修改其用户描述信息和业务描述信息。 这样, 用户可以很方便地进行手机 软件的形态定制和功能定制, 软件业务的配置, 业务的迁移, 整体移机等。
本发明以用户为中心、 便于定制、 配置与迁移手机软件业务的实现方法, 是将各种手机业务的软件作为该手机业务的载体, 用户手机安装并开通某个手 机业务后, 同时将该手机的用户描述信息及相关的业务描述信息一起备份存储 在业务管理平台; 用户藉由接入设备登录业务管理平台, 通过身份验证后, 对 包括人机交互界面的手机业务的形态和各种可选功能进行定制, 或藉由接入设 备配置业务参数, 在完成定制或配置的手机软件业务后, 直接从业务管理平台 下载该手机业务软件或业务描述信息, 并安装到用户手机上; 当用户更换手机 时, 使用新手机登录业务管理平台、 通过身份验证后, 可将原手机使用的各种 手机软件业务和业务描述信息有选择地或整体地迁移到新手机。
为了安全起见, 本发明方法的各项操作之前都要进行身份认证, 身份认证 的内容至少包括: 用户名 /密码和手机的硬件标识(手机串号頂 EI, 卡标识 IMSI等) 等。
参见图 3, 介绍本发明中定制手机软件业务的操作方法: 通过接入设备对 手机业务软件进行定制, 定制的手机软件业务信息包括: 软件业务的交互界面 (包括背景图、 提示文字和 /或提示音等), 相关业务软件的各种功能(需要哪 些功能模块,包括必选的功能和可选的功能),定制完成后再通过多种方式下发 到用户的手机上安装使用。 具体歩骤如下:
( 11 )用户通过接入设备登录业务管理平台, 通过身份验证后, 提出其对 手机软件业务的定制需求;
( 12)业务管理平台对该手机软件业务的定制需求进行处理, 并在完成处 理后, 给原接入设备发送信息, 告知用户已完成手机软件业务的定制;
( 13)用户通过接入设备请求业务管理平台下发该定制好的手机业务软件;
( 14)业务管理平台给用户指定的设备发送下载地址;
( 15 )用户采用指定设备(手机或 PC电脑)下载该定制的手机业务软件后, 传送到目标手机上安装使用; 下载方式包括: 业务管理平台发送 PUSH消息后, 由用户手机点击下载安装; 或用户通过电脑访问互联网下载, 再传送到手机上 安装。
参见图 4, 介绍本发明中配置手机业务软件的业务参数的操作方法: 通过 接入设备对手机软件进行业务参数的配置,用作业务描述信息的配置参数包括: 业务描述信息的备份周期, 自动检测、 更新软件的频率, 连网方式、 或与业务 紧密相关的其它个性化信息, 比如, 手机防骚扰业务中的黑、 白名单和拒接方 式、 通讯录分组方式等, 手机加密短信业务中的安全通讯录, 共享密钥等。 完 成配置后,再通过接入设备下载配置信息, 以完成对手机软件业务参数的设置。 具体步骤如下:
(21 )用户通过接入设备登录业务管理平台, 通过身份验证后, 提出其对 手机软件业务的配置需求;
(22)业务管理平台处理该手机软件业务的配置需求, 并在完成处理后, 给原接入设备发送信息, 告知用户已完成手机软件业务的配置;
(23)用户藉由手机访问业务管理平台, 通过身份认证后; 再藉由手机业 务软件的相关菜单项 /按键请求更新相关的业务配置信息;
( 24 )业务管理平台对通过身份认证的该用户手机下发所述手机软件业务 的新的配置信息;
(25)用户手机中的手机业务软件接收到新的配置信息后, 对相关信息进 行更新处理。
参见图 5, 介绍本发明中迁延手机软件业务的操作方法: 当用户更换手机 时, 可以将正在使用的手机业务及其描述信息 (包括各种喜好设置、 配置参数 等) 从原手机迁移到新手机, 以使用户在不同手机上获得一致的业务体验, 实 现业务与手机的无关性。.具体操作捕捉如下:
(31 )用户的原手机 A访问业务管理平台并进行身份认证, 通过认证后;
该原手机 A向业务管理平台提出迁出某个或某些手机软件业务的请求;
(32)业务管理平台响应该请求, 并告知该原手机 A: 所请求的某个或某 些手机软件业务迁出原手机 A的操作已处理完毕;
(33)用户的新手机 B访问业务管理平台并进行身份认证, 通过认证后; 该新手机 B向业务管理平台提出迁入上述某个或某些手机软件业务的请求;
(34)业务管理平台响应该请求, 并给该新手机 B下发某个或某些手机软 件业务的业务描述信息; '
(35)该新手机 B对某个或某些手机软件业务的本地业务描述信息进行更 新处理。
由于有些手机业务可以同时在多个手机上运行, 也就是这些手机业务迁入 新手机时,可以不要求从原来的手机上迁出这些业务,此时上述操作步骤(31 )、 (32)可以省略。 另外, 还可以根据需要采用如下的策略: 迁入的手机 B只要 通过身份认证, 则无条件从手机 A迁出不能并存的业务, 此时也可以省略操作 步骤(31 )、 (32)。
当用户购买 /使用的手机业务较多时,本发明提供一种所有软件业务整体移 机的操作方法, 以方便用户一次性将其所有手机业务都迁移到新的手机上。 这 种将所有软件业务整体移机的操作中, 迁出业务的策略和单个手机业务的迁移 相类似,有二种处理原则:第一种是将原手机所拥有 /订购的所有手机软件业务 无条件地全部迁入到新手机, 第二种是必须先在原手机上迁出相关手机软件业 务后, 再将余下的所有手机软件业务一起迁入到新手机。
参见图 6, 说明其中第一种方法的操作步骤:
(41 )用户的新手机 B访问业务管理平台进行身份认证, 通过认证后, 该 新手机 B向业务管理平台提出将全部手机业务整体移机的请求;
(42)业务管理平台响应该整体移机的请求, 并向该新手机 B返回用户签 订的所有手机软件业务列表;
(43) 用户藉由该新手机 B选择需要迁移的手机软件业务, 并上报通知业 务管理平台;
(44)业务管理平台向该新手机 B下发其所选中的手机业务软件及其业务 描述信息;
(45) 该新手机 B在本地对业务管理平台下发的手机业务软件及其业务描 述信息进行安装与配置。
Claims
1、 一种定制手机软件业务的方法, 包括以下步骤:
用户将手机的用户描述信息及相关的业务描述信息一起备份存储在业务管 理平台;
用户通过接入设备登录业务管理平台, 通过身份验证后, 提出其对手机软 件业务的定制需求;
业务管理平台对该手机软件业务的定制需求进行处理, 并在完成处理后, 给原接入设备发送信息, 告知用户已完成手机软件业务的定制;
用户通过接入设备请求业务管理平台下发该定制好的手机业务软件; 业务管理平台给用户指定的设备发送下载地址;
用户采用指定设备下载该定制的手机业务软件后, 传送到目标手机上安装 使用。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述手机软件业务的定制信息包括: 该手机软件业务交互界面的背景图、 提示文字和 /或提示音, 相关业务的各种功能软件模块;
下载方式包括:业务管理平台发送推送 PUSH消息后, 由用户手机点击下载 安装; 或用户通过电脑访问互联网下载, 再传送到手机上安装。
3、 一种配置手机软件业务参数的方法, 包括以下步骤:
用户将手机的用户描述信息及相关的业务描述信息一起备份存储在业务管 理平台;
用户通过接入设备登录业务管理平台, 通过身份验证后, 提出其对手机软 件业务的配置需求;
业务管理平台处理该手机软件业务的配置需求, 并在完成处理后, 给原接 入设备发送信息, 告知用户已完成手机软件业务的参数配置;
用户藉由手机访问业务管理平台, 通过身份认证后, 再藉由手机业务软件 的相关菜单项 /按键请求更新相关的业务参数配置信息;
业务管理平台对该用户手机下发所述手机软件业务的新的配置参数; 所述用户手机中的手机业务软件接收到新的配置参数后, 对相关信息进行 更新处理。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中所述手机软件业务的配置参数包括: 业务描述信息的备份周期, 自动检测、 更新软件的频率, 连网方式, 或其它个 性化业务参数; 该配置参数用作业务描述信息的组成内容。
5、 一种迁移手机软件业务的方法, 包括以下步骤:
用户将原手机的用户描述信息及相关的业务描述信息一起备份存储在业务 管理平台;
用户的新手机访问业务管理平台并进行身份认证, 通过认证后, 该新手机 向业务管理平台提出迁入某个或某些手机软件业务的请求, 或者提出整体移机 请求;
对于迁入某个或某些手机软件业务的请求, 业务管理平台响应和处理该请 求, 并给该新手机下发所述某个或某些手机软件业务的业务描述信息; 对于整 体移机请求, 业务管理平台响应该整体移机请求, 并向该新手机返回用户签订 的所有手机软件业务列表;
用户藉由该新手机选择需要迁移的手机软件业务, 并通知业务管理平台; 业务管理平台向该新手机下发其所选中的手机业务软件及其业务描述信 白
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法,在新手机访问业务管理平台之前进一步包 括以下步骤:
用户的原手机访问业务管理平台并进行身份认证, 通过认证后; 该原手机., 向业务管理平台提出迁出某个或某些手机软件业务的请求, 或者提出整体迁出 请求;
业务管理平台响应和处理该请求, 并告知该原手机: 所述某个或某些手机 软件业务迁出原手机或整体迁出的操作已处理完毕。
7、 一种以用户为中心, 便于定制、 配置与迁移手机软件业务的网络系统, 包括移动通信网、 互联网和基站, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括:
业务管理平台, 连接在互联网上, 负责将所有手机用户的用户描述信息及 该用户手机的各种手机软件业务的业务描述信息一起备份存储在该管理平台服 务器数据库中, 并对这些信息进行管理; 对接入该管理平台服务器的手机或其 它接入设备进行身份认证;
接入设备, 用户藉由该接入设备访问业务管理平台, 选用适宜的方式修改 自已的用户描述信息和相关的业务描述信息, 定制或配置各种手机软件业务及 其业务描述信息;
手机, 其微机芯片中存储有用于唯一标识每个用户的用户描述信息和该用 户设置的各种手机软件业务的业务描述信息, 每个业务描述信息对应一项手机 软件业务。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的网络系统, 其中所述接入设备包括手机、 电脑、 固定电话、 或交互式语音应答 IVR装置。
9、根据权利要求 7所述的网络系统,其中所述手机软件业务的业务描述信 息用于记载与设定手机软件业务相关的业务信息和配置参数; 所述用户描述信 息用于记载用户个人信息和手机硬件标识。
