Abstract

A method for folksonomy weighted searching is provided. The method includes identifying two or more Internet resources associated with a folksonomy. One or more words or phrases identified in the Internet resources. The words or phrases are weighted based on a frequency of use, and a database is generated associating the words or phrases with at least one of the Internet resources.
