Abstract
Le système de l'invention comporte essentiellement : une ou plusieurs cartes à puce dénommées Cartes bancaires, dans lesquelles est placée une puce de circuit intégré avec un code secret ; la Carte Bancaire est disponible pour le public (clients/utilisateurs) et peut être obtenue auprès de banques et/ou d'entités proposées ; une ou plusieurs cartes à puce dénommées Cartes bancaires d'administrateur, dans lesquelles est placée une puce de circuit intégré avec un code secret ; la Carte bancaire d'administrateur est disponible pour des opérations commerciales et des organismes publics, et peut être obtenue auprès de banques et/ou d'entités proposées ; un ou plusieurs terminaux de lecture/écriture pour créditer la Carte bancaire et la Carte bancaire d'administrateur, disposés au niveau des banques et/ou des entités proposées ; un ou plusieurs terminaux « en différé » pour lire/débiter la Carte bancaire et pour lire/créditer la Carte bancaire d'administrateur, placés dans chaque entreprise commerciale, agence privée ou publique, etc. Ce genre de dispositifs n'est connecté à aucun système bancaire ; un ou plusieurs terminaux pour débiter ou créditer la Carte bancaire d'administrateur : il s'agit d'un terminal de lecture/écriture/dépôt (d'un compte courant, d'un compte d'épargne conventionnel ou d'un compte d'épargne électronique) installé au niveau des banques et/ou des entités proposées.
