- This invention introduces single phase external rotor condenser motors and ceramic isolators to flue gas aspirators instead of shadow polar single phase motors.
- Aspirators manufactured for exhaust of flue gas of airtight combi boilers usually employ shaded pole 'AC motors. Only few aspirators employ electronically controlled 'DC powered 'EC motors. The most common reason for using aspirators which employ shadow polar 'AC is the low price of the product. On the other hand, aspirators using 'EC motors are not preferred due to their high price. Shaded pole 'AC motors have important technical problems. Low efficiency, fixed rpm, low power factor (Cos ⁇ ), extra cost of installing the product to the aspirator, the need for cooler fans for motor bearing and coils; the need for special flange and special silicone pad vibration sensors and the lack of stable mechanic construction which causes the product to malfunction and become noisy after short period.
- the ceramic isolator one of the components of the invention, can be used instead of components mentioned above and this reduces cost, provides ease of application and saves time.
- hermetic combi boilers The most important quality for hermetic combi boilers is efficient combustion under all operating conditions. Efficient burning is achieved through equal mixture of air and gas. Otherwise efficient burning can not be achieved and the heating performance and efficiency of the unit will drop. The ability to adjust the rpm allows the flow and pressure to be adjusted and thus provides perfect combustion.

- the ceramic plate (3) prevents motor (1) (the bearing and the coils) from being effected by the temperature in the aspirator. Thus the coils do not 95 burn, the bearings do not malfunction and the system has a longer operating life.
- the ceramic plate (3) also stabilizes the motor (1) by connecting to the aspirator housing (6) and thus absorbs (reduces) vibrations of the motor. 100 The absorption of the vibration results in less vibration transferred to the motor and thus less noise.
- Aspirators with external rotor condenser motors are 'A' class products because these motors are more efficient and have higher power factor 115 than shaded pole motors. Shaded pole motors are 'B' class products due to their low efficiency and low power factor.

Abstract
L'invention concerne l'utilisation de moteurs 'C.A.' de condensateur pour l'échappement des gaz de cheminée dans les extracteurs de chaudières combinées hermétiques, assurant une combustion parfaite, un rendement satisfaisant, un facteur de puissance (Cos φ) élevé, et faisant ainsi de l'extracteur un produit de classe 'A'. Aucune unité de refroidissement supplémentaire n'est nécessaire. Une plaque (3) en céramique, installée entre le boîtier (1) du moteur et le boîtier de l'extracteur (6) garantit l'absorption des vibrations et l'isolation thermique, un faible taux de défaillances, un bruit réduit et des pièces de raccordement moins nombreuses. Tous ces facteurs contribuent à un temps de production réduit.
