Abstract

Es wird ein Zahnimplantat (1) für einen feststehenden Zahnersatz mit einem in den Kieferknochen implantierbaren, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Grundkörper (2), in dessen an seinem koronalen Ende offene Innenbohrung (3) ein Implantatpfosten (4) einsetzbar ist, sowie ein entsprechender Grundkörper und ein entsprechender Implantatpfosten angegeben, wobei der Implantatpfosten (4) einen zum Einführen in die Innenbohrung (3) vorgesehenen, zumindest im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Grundkörperabschnitt (5) mit einer Grundkörperabschnittsaussenkontur (6) aufweist und wobei eine Kontur der Innenbohrung (3) - Innenbohrungskontur (7) - auf die Grundkörperabschnittsaussenkontur (6) abgestimmt ist, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Grundkörperabschnittsaussenkontur (6) eine kantenfreie Rotationssicherung (10) umfasst, die mit der korrespondierend ausgeführten Innenbohrungskontur (7) insbesondere formschlüssig und/oder insbesondere vollflächig zum Eingriff kommt.
