Abstract

特定成分について鋼組成を制限するマルテンサイトステンレス鋼であり、鋼中のMo含有量をIM値との関係で規定し、且つ、金属組織を主として焼戻しマルテンサイト、焼戻し時に析出した炭化物および焼戻し時に微細析出したラーベス相やσ相等の金属間化合物から構成することによって、0.2%耐力が860MPa以上の高強度であり、優れた耐炭酸ガス腐食性および耐硫化物応力腐食割れ性を有することができる。これにより、炭酸ガス、硫化水素、塩素イオンまたはこれらの2種以上を含む環境下で油井管その他の用途に広く使用できる実用性の高い鋼として広い分野で適用することができる。
