Abstract

A system is disclosed that facilitates a web-based data model to support user information capture and storage is created by obtaining user profile information, grouping the user profile information in a logical manner, associating a unique name wih the grouped user profile information, and storing the grouped user profile information and correlated name in a database. Access to the profile information is restricted and a customized user interface is created for each application based on the current grouped user profile information.
