Figures 1 to 12 show the preferred embodiment of the shock protection guard 1 for a mobile phone 2 from which the antenna 2a protrudes from its upper side and is charged or connected from its lower side. The embodiment of the guard comprises, as shown in figures 1 to 3, the upper half-frame 3 and the lower half-frame 4 between which complete the telephone frame also when the guard 1 is extended, and configure the front opening to expose the keyboard 2b, the connecting strips 5 of both half-frames 3 and 4 for the elastic extension of the guard 1, the upper damping layer 6, the lower damping layer 7, the hanger clamp 8 and the hanger support socket 9 which is fixed in a wall for example of a car.
Dichas ventanas 14 quedan totalmente libres incluso en la posición más contraída de la guarda 1 gracias a las escotaduras 16 de ampliación practicados en el semimarco inferior 4.The half-frame 3, for its pivot according to the arrow 13 shown in Figure 2, has the rounded end edges (3d) and incorporates a protruding python 11 on each side 3a . and in correspondence with them, the lower half frame 4 has the non-through sliding slot 12 practiced on the inner side of the sides 4a. The half-frame 3 pivots from back to front after being extended to the top of the sliding slot 12 and is thus kept stable leaving enough space for the introduction of the telephone 2 into the half-frame 4. To allow the antenna 2a of the telephone to be output , to the right or to the left, the half-frame 3 has two large openings 3c at the top that make up the central hook 3b that surrounds the phone from above and holds it. The half-frame 3 has the pair of side windows 14 to access the telephone function key, while the half-frame 4 has the window 15 for the battery charging connection of either the right and left sides or the user card interchangeably . Said windows 14 are completely free even in the most contracted position of the guard 1 thanks to the extension recesses 16 made in the lower half frame 4.
The lower half frame (4) has a narrowing 4c up to which the coupling of the upper half-frame 3 is reached in the condition of minimum extension of the guard, and two lobes 4d of thickening in the rear flanks within which the ribbed housing 24 of Figure 7 is formed for the clamp fit hanger 8.
To guide the telescopic slide, the upper half frame 3 as shown in Figures 4,8 and 9 has a guide rib 17 at the rear of each of the sides 3a . and a guide channel 18 at the front, while the half-frame 4 has a guide channel 19 and a rib 20 correspondingly. For fixing the extension strips 5 the half-frame 3 has two transverse grooves 21 one over the other just above of the pivot python 11, and the half-frame 4 two grooves 22 the same as the previous ones just under its narrowing 4c.
The extension strips 5 as shown in Figure 8 allow the longitudinal extension of the guard 1 about 40mm, and have both ends 5_a thickened and flat to be interlocked each in the respective half-frame through each pair of grooves 21 and 22, the strip 5 being threaded in one direction through one of the grooves and then in the opposite direction through the other groove of the pair, thus leaving a segment 5b of the strip in the form of a loop visible from the outside, whereby the detachment of the strip 5 is prevented with the collaboration of peripheral retention thickens 23, which being made of soft plastic and elastic thin in said threading operation.
The hanger 8, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, is held in place at the rear of the lower half-frame 4 by means of a pair of lateral fastening fins 25, which slide into the grooved housing 24 of the half-frame 4. To facilitate the fitting operation in the half-frame 4, the hanger 8 has two throats 26 open on its upper side so that its width is reduced by grasping the hanger by hand by the notches 28 and pressed according to the arrows 27. This flexibility of the hanger 8 It allows its exchange since different phone models have a broken or bulky battery with respect to the back of the phone. The displacement of the hanger 8 in the half frame 4 is limited by a stop tooth 29 located at the end of the fin 25, its immobilization within the grooved housing 24 is achieved by the thickening shoulder 30 matched against the protuberance 31 of the half frame 4, thus compensating the clearance between the fin 25 and its grooved housing 24, and so that the hanger 8 does not involuntarily detach from its housing 24 is retained by means of a tooth 32 protruding from the fin 25.
The hanger 8 leaves a gap between its suspension pin 8a and the half-frame 4 to insert the user's hammer or for placement in the guard support 9, which is fixed to a wall such as that of the dashboard of a car .
The support base 9, as shown in Figure 3, is also a rectangular shaped plastic molded piece whose front face protrudes the drawer 34 where the hanger pin 8a is inserted, and on its curved front face has two notches 35 for bending the upper and lower edges 36 in order to adapt its smooth surface to the domed surface of said dashboard, sticking thereto by means of the biadhesive tape 37. Another way of attaching the support base 9 to a wall is by means of screws, whereby at said edges 36 it has a respective hole 43. To avoid detachment of the guard 1, the pin 8a has a transverse shoulder 33 near its end. The damping layers 6 and 7, as shown in figures 9 to 11, are chained inside the respective half-frame 3 and 4, thus acquiring the same "U" shape as these, having the same windows 38 and 39 as the windows 14 and 15 corresponding of the half-frames 3 and 4, and in its inner face an undulation 40 protrudes under the pressure of the telephone. The layers 6 and 7 dampers have a tape attached on the opposite side 41 biadhesiva for fixing to semi-frames 3 and 4 and they are fastened by them with the cooperation of the projecting enclosures 42 in square from the edges of the semi-frames 3 and 4, including from the edges of the windows 14 and 15.
