Description
- The present invention relates to ribbons, and particular to a ribbon packaging device, wherein the ribbon packaging device have a beautiful outlook and the inner structure of the ribbon packaging device can be viewed from outside. Furthermore, the ribbon can be arranged in order.
- In the prior art, the ribbon is wound around a winding shaft for selling. However, in selling, the customs habitually turn the ribbon or release the ribbon for selecting a preferred one so that the ribbon is disordered. As a result the sellers must rewind the ribbon in order, but this takes much time and works and thus cost is increased.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a ribbon packaging device, wherein the ribbon packaging device have a beautiful outlook and the inner structure of the ribbon packaging device can be viewed from outside. Furthermore, the ribbon can be arranged in order.
- To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a ribbon packaging device which comprises a winding unit having a central shaft and two protecting rings at an upper and lower sides of the central shaft; the central shaft serving for winding a ribbon; the protecting rings serving for protecting and fixing the ribbon; the sleeve being installed between the two protecting rings for enclosing the ribbon; an upper cover having at least one cover edge for covering one protecting ring at one side of the winding unit; the cover edge enclosing the connection of the sleeve and the protecting ring; and a lower cover having at least one cover edge for covering another protecting ring and the cover edge enclosing the connection of the sleeve and the protecting ring. The protecting ring is formed with at least one window. The sleeve, upper cover and lower cover are made of plastics.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the present invention, wherein the upper cover of the present invention is opened. -
FIG. 3 is a schematic cross view of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing one embodiment of the present invention, where the window has a round shape. -
FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing another embodiment of the present invention, where the window has a triangular shape. -
FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing a further embodiment of the present invention, where the window has an elliptical shape. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- The ribbon packing device of the present invention is illustrated in
FIG. 1 . The ribbon packaging device comprises the following elements. - Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a
winding unit 1 has acentral shaft 11 and two protectingrings 12 at an upper and lower sides of thecentral shaft 11. Thecentral shaft 11 serves to wind aribbon 5. The protectingrings 12 serve to protect and fix theribbon 5. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 , and 4 to 6, it is illustrated that each protectingring 12 is formed with at least onewindow 121. Thewindow 121 may have a sector shape, a round shape, a rectangular shape, a triangular shape, elliptical shape, or any polygonal shapes or other geometrical shapes. - With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the
sleeve 2 is placed between the two protectingrings 12 for enclosing thewhole ribbon 5. - Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, an
upper cover 3 has at least onecover edge 31 for covering one protectingring 12 at one side of thewinding unit 1. Thecover edge 31 encloses the connection of thesleeve 2 and the protectingring 12. - Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a
lower cover 4 has at least onecover edge 41 for covering another protectingring 12 and thecover edge 41 encloses the connection of thesleeve 2 and the protectingring 12. - Besides, in the present invention, the
sleeve 2,upper cover 3 andlower cover 4 are made of plastics so that the user can view to thewinding unit 1 andribbon 5. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
