Claims (5)
- 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리케톤, 락탐, 카프로락탐 및 싸이클릭 부틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 열가소성 수지 입자를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 강화섬유 직물에 도포, 함침 및 중합시킴으로써 프리프레그를 제조하는 단계;
상기 프리프레그를 다수의 준등방성 박편으로 분할하는 단계;
상기 다수의 준등방성 박편을 성형틀에 충전하는 단계 및
성형틀에 열과 압력을 적용하는 단계;를 포함하는 준등방성 특성을 가지는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 성형품의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 준등방성 박편은 가로 및 세로의 길이가 각각 100mm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 준등방성 특성을 가지는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 성형품의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
프리프레그를 제조하는 단계에서 사용되는 수지 조성물이, 에폭시, 불포화 폴리에스테르, 비닐에스테르, 열경화성 폴리우레탄, 페놀로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2종 이상의 열경화성 수지를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 준등방성 특성을 가지는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 성형품의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강화섬유 직물을 구성하는 섬유사는, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유 및 자연 유래 셀룰로오스섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2종 이상의 섬유사인것을 특징으로 하는 준등방성 특성을 가지는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 성형품의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 수지는, 폴리아미드 6, 폴리아미드 66, 폴리아미드 12로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종의 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 준등방성 특성을 가지는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 성형품의 제조방법.
