Claims (19)
- 기체(base body) 및 상기 기체에 함침된 세정제를 포함하는 세정제 함침물품으로서,상기 기체는 종이, 부직포, 직포, 편포(knitted fabric) 또는 가용성 다공질 구조체를 포함하고,상기 세정제는 고체연마입자(solid abrasive particle) 0.1~20중량% 및 보호막 형성성분(protective layer-forming component) 0.01~20중량%를 함유하고,상기 고체연마 입자는 유기폴리머 입자 및 무기입자로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상이고,상기 보호막 형성 성분은 하기 화학식 1 및 화학식 2로 이루어지는 기로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 구성단위를 갖는 유기폴리실록산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침물품.[화학식 1][화학식 2](식중, R1, R2 및 R3는 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 각각 탄소수 1 내지 100개의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 히드록시알킬기, 수산기, 카르복실기, 카르복시알킬기, N-(2-아미노알킬)아미노알킬기, 아미노알킬기, 아미노기, 에폭시알킬기, 에폭시기, 메틸폴리옥시에틸렌알킬기, 히드록시폴리옥시에틸렌알킬기, 메틸폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리옥시프로필렌기, 히드록시폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리옥시프로필렌기, 알킬폴리옥시프로필렌기, 폴리옥시에틸렌기, 페닐기 또는 불화알킬기를 나타낸다.)
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 연마 입자의 일차 입자의 평균 입자직경이 0.1내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 연마 입자의 진비중(true specific gravity)이 0.5 내지 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 연마 입자의 주성분의 표면 에너지가, 상기 주성분을 단독으로 평면 상태에서 측정한 경우에 80mN/m이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 연마 입자가 평균 입자직경 0.01 내지 15㎛의 구형상 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 구형상 입자는 개수 퍼센트로 90%이상인 입자가 진원(true circle)의 투영상(projected image)을 갖는 것이거나, 또는 투영상의 외접원을 그렸을 때, 상기 외접원의 반경의 90%의 반경을 갖는 동심원과 상기 외접원의 사이에, 상기 투영상의 윤곽이 모두 포함되는 형상을 가지고 있는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세정제가 하기 성분의 1종이상을 포함하는 유기 용제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품:·상온에서 액상인 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 환형상의 탄화 수소,·상온에서 액상인 탄소수 10 내지 60개의 에스테르 오일,·하기 화학식 6으로 표현되는 글리콜에테르,[화학식 6](식중, R4 및 R5는 각각 탄소수 1 내지 8개의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬기, 수산기 또는 수소원자를 나타내며; q 및 r은 각각 0∼20의 수를 나타낸다. 또한, R6 및 R7는 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다. 단, R6 및 R7가 동시에 수소원자 또는 메틸기가 되지는 않는다)·탄소수 4 내지 12개의 다가 알콜,·하기 화학식 7로 표현되는 화합물,[화학식 7](식중, R8은 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 수산기를 나타내며; s, t, u 및 v는 각각 0 내지 100의 정수를 나타낸다)·환형상 실리콘.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 세정제가 상기 유기 용제 0.05 내지 60중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세정제가 에탄올과, 이소프로판올, 프로판올, 부탄올, 및 메탄올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상과 에탄올과의 혼합물인 건조촉진제를 0.2~30중량%로 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세정제가 구아 검(guar gum), 로커스트 빈 검(locust bean gum), 킨스 시드 검(quince seed gum), 타라 검(tara gum), 카라기난(carrageenan), 알긴산(또는 그의 염), 퍼셀란(furcellaran), 한천, 아라비노 갈락탄 검(arabino galactan gum), 아라비아 검(gum arabic), 트라가칸트 검(tragacanth gum), 카라야 검(gum karaya), 펙틴, 아밀로오스, 아밀로펙틴, 풀루란(pullulan), 전분, 크산탄 검, 카들란(curdlan), 숙시노글루칸, 시조필란, 젤란 검, 웰란 검, 람잔 검(rhamsan gum), 갈락토만난, 히아루론산(또는 그의 염), 콘드로이친 황산(또는 그의 염), 키틴, 및 키토산으로 이루어진 다당류; 상기 다당류의 산화, 메틸화, 카르복시메틸화, 히드록시에틸화, 히드록시프로필화, 황산화, 인산화 및 카티온화로 얻은 유도체; 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스, 및 히드록시에틸프로필셀룰로오스로 이루어진 수용성 셀룰로오스 유도체;로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 증점성 다당류를 0.01~10중량%로 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세정제가 계면활성제 0.005∼20중량%를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세정제는 균일하게 교반한 상태하 20℃에서 점도가 2 내지 500mPa·s인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기체가 무하중하에 있어서 상기 기체 중량에 대하여 50 내지 5000중량%의 세정제를 함침할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세정제가 유리 세정용인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제 함침 물품.
- 편평하고 투명한 소다 석회 판유리(soda-lime glass plate)의 피세정면에, 상기 제 1항의 세정제 함침물품을 적용하여 상기 세정제를 공급하고, 이어서 상기 피세정면상의 오물 성분 및 상기 세정제를 닦아냄용 시트로 닦아낸 후의 상기 피세정면의 정마찰계수가 0 내지 1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 표면용 세정제 함침 물품.
- 상기 제 1항의 세정제 함침 물품을 사용하여, 피세정면인 경질 표면을 닦아서, 상기 세정제를 상기 경질 표면에 적용하고 상기 경질 표면으로부터 오물 성분을 유리시키는 단계와,닦아냄용 시트에 의하여 상기 경질 표면을 닦아내어서, 상기 오물 성분 및 상기 세정제를 제거함과 아울러, 상기 경질 표면상에 방오성의 보호막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 표면의 세정 방법.
