Claims (16)
1. Förfarande för regiering av temperaturen i värme-avgivande processer som är anordnade att ske i en par-5 tikelsuspension i en virvelbäddsreaktor med cirkulerande bädd, vilken innefattar - en virvelbäddsreaktor, vilken tillförs fast material som skall inmatas i processen samt gas, varvid gasen inmatas genom en i virvelbäddsreaktorns botten anordnad rost s&, 10 att i virvelbäddsreaktorn bildas en snabb virvelbädd av fastämnespartiklar, frän vilken en betydande del av fastämnespartiklarna följer med gasen som en partikelsus-pension tili virvelbäddsreaktorns Övre del och strömmar ut ur virvelbäddsreaktorn genom en utloppsöppning anordnad i 15 dess övre del, - en partikelavskiljare som är förenad med utloppsöp-pningen för avskiljning av fastämnespartiklarna ur gasen och - ett äterföringsrör för äterföring av partiklar frän 20 partikelavskiljaren tili virvelbäddsreaktorn för upprätt- hällande av en cirkulerande virvelbädd i virvelbäddsreaktorn, kännetecknat därav. att - partikelsuspensionen bringas att, dä den strömmar uppät, 25 strömma genom ett strypställe, varvid i virvelbäddsreaktorn bildas en Övre virvelbädd ovanför strypstället, vilken bädd befinner sig i en med den nedanför strypstället belägna nedre virvelbädden gemensam massacirkula-tion, 30. i den övre virvelbädden anordnas ytterligare en egen massacirkulation genom att äterföra en del av de i partikelavskiljaren avskilda partiklarna tili virvelbäddsreaktorn ovanför strypstället, medan en annan del av partiklarna äterförs tili den nedanför strypstället 35 belägna, nedre virvelbädden, i 9 9 4 4 - de värmeavgivande reaktionerna anordnas att huvudsak-ligen ske i den nedre virvelbädden, dvs. i den egentliga reaktionskammaren, - partikelsuspensionen avkyls i den övre virvelbädden, 5 dvs. kylkammaren, medelst i denna anordnade värmeytor och att - den avkylda partikelsuspensionen leds frän den övre virvelbädden tili partikelavskiljaren. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav. att i virvelbäddsreaktorns nedre del, i dess reaktionskammare, rostas sulfidhaltig metallslig och de vid rostningen alstrade gasernas värme ätervinns medelst värmeytor i 15 virvelbäddsreaktorns övre del, i dess kylkammare.

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att av de i partikelavskiljaren avskilda, avkylda partiklarna 20 äterförs tili kylkammaren en sä stor del, att den frän reaktionskammaren kommande partikelsuspensionen kyls tili en önskad temperatur innan den kommer i beröring med värmeytorna. 4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav. att den frän reaktionskammaren kommande partikelsuspensionen avkyls i kylkammaren tili en temperatur av < 550°C genom att inblanda i den i partikelavskiljaren avskilda, avkylda partiklar. • 30

14. Anordning enligt patentkravet 13, kännetecknad därav. att partikelavskiljaren (12) utgörs av en cyklon.
15. Anordning enligt patentkravet 13, kännetecknad därav. att en värmeyta (44) är anordnad i virvelbäddsreaktorns 10 nedre del, dvs. reaktionskammaren, för ätervinning av värme ur virvelbädden.
16. Anordning enligt patentkravet 13, kännetecknad därav. att en värmeyta (48, 50) är anordnad i Aterföringsröret 15 (14) för kylning av partiklarna.
