Claims (6)

1. Kontinuerligt förfarande för att bilda en längsträckt produkt av ett flertal i huvudsak parallella längsträckta strängar genom att utsätta strängama för värme och tryck, kännetecknat av att trästrängarna komprimeras pä ett sädant sätt att den inre spänning, som överförs tili produkten under kompression pä grund av vinkein vid vilken strängarna staplar sig, minskas, varvid förfarandet inkluderas stegens (a) bildande av en materialbana innehällande ett flertal av de i huvudsak parallella strängarna i ett förhällande i vilket de är i linje med varandra i längsriktningen och överlappar varandra i längsriktningen pä ett huvudsakligen slumpmässigt sätt och i vilken efterföljande strängar överlappar i huvudsak endast en del av de föregäende stärngarna sä att strängarna ackumuleras i genomsnitt vid en vinkel mot det pian, längs vilket materialbanan rör sig; (b) förflyttning av materialbanan genom en kompressionszon som definieras mellan konvergerande motstäende väggar hos pressanordning; och (c) utnyttjande av en asymmetrisk konvergens hos nämnda övre vägg och nämnda nedre vägg sä att mittlinjen hos nämnda materialbana bringas att följa en krökt bana när materialbanan rör sig genom kompressionszonen, vilket därmed inför en inre spänning i den härdade produkten i en ritkning som är motsatt den inre spänningen i den härdade produkten pä grund av strängarnas vinkel i materialbanan.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att de längsträckta strängarna är trästrängar. ie 81044
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kftnnetecknat av att konvergensradien hos nämnda Övre och nedre väggar är i huvudsak lika och att nämnda konvergens hos nämnda övre vägg är förskjuten frän nämnda konvergens hos nämnda nedre vägg.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kftnnetecknat av att konvergensradien hos ena nämnda vägg är mindre än konvergensradien hos andra nämnda vägg.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kftnnetecknat av att den ena nämnda väggen är horisontell över hela kompressions-zonen.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kftnnetecknat av att strängarna har en smörjmedelstillsats. li
