Claims (13)
1. Tobaksprodukt, som omfattar: ett bränsle-element (10), ett fysiskt separat aerosol genererande organ (12) innehällande minst ett aerosol bildande material, och separata organ (24) för att avgiva aerosolen som produceras av det aerosol genererande organet tili rökaren, kännetecknad av att det avgivande organet (24) innehäller ett kolfyllt arkmaterial med minst ett aromänne.
2. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att det kolfyllda arkmaterialet är i form av en cylinder.
3. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att det kolfyllda arkmaterialet är rivet.
4. Tobaksprodukt enligt nägot patentkrav 1-3, kännetecknad av att det kolhalten i arkmaterialet i viktprocent är mellan 5 och 75 %.
5. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av att kolhalten i arkmaterialet i viktprocent är mellan 10 och 40 %.
6. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av att kolhalten i arkmaterialet i viktprocent är mellan 15 och 30 %.
7. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknad av att aromämnet är menthol i en mängd angiven i viktprocent mellan 0,001 tili saturering.
8. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 7, kännetecknad av att mängden menthol angiven i viktprocent är mellan ca. 3 och 6 %. 33 81 950

11. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 10, kännetecknad av att arkmaterialets tobakshalt i viktprocent Hr ca. 65 %.
12. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknad av att cylindern av det kolfyllda arkmaterialet är mellan 5 och 30 mm läng.
13. Tobaksprodukt enligt patentkrav 12, kännetecknad av att cylindern av det kolfyllda arkmaterialet är mellan 5 och 15 mm läng.
