Claims (7)
1. Hydrometallurgiskt förfarande för behandllng av anodslam frän kopparelektrolys och motsvarande rämaterial, 5 vilka utom silver ytterligare kan innehälla även bly, guld, platinametaller, selen, tellur, antimon, tenn, ar-senik, vismut, koppar, nickel, zink, järn, sulfat, klorid, kiselsyra osv., kännetecknat därav, att slam-met frigjort frän de i syror lösliga kopparn och nickeln 10 samt blyet suspenderas i saltsyra; till den erhällna sus-pensionen leds en natriumhypokloritlösning och medelst den klor, som bildas härvid, utförs klorering; det Au-, Pt-metaller-, Se- och Te-haltiga filtratet separeras, medan Ag reagerar tili AgCl och förblir i suspensionen, ur vil-15 ken silvret extraheras med ammoniak; den Ag(NH3 )2Cl-hal-tiga lösningen omsätts med Cu+-föreningar med omröring vid rumstemperatur eller under upphettning, varvid Ag* reagerar kvantitativt till metalliskt silver, vilket efter filtrering, tvättning och torkning smälts tili Ag-metall; 20 tili filtratet sätts kalciumhydroxid, ammoniaken tillvara-tages genom destination och filterkakan frän filtreringen ätercirkuleras tili den metallurgiska processen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att anodslammet frigjort frän de i 25 syror lösliga kopparn och nickeln samt blyet eller ett motsvarande rämäteriai suspenderas i utspädd saltsyra, i denna suspension alstras klor in statu nascendi genom att inleda en natriumhypokloritlösning, varvid grundämnena Au, Pt, Pd, Se, Te och andra grundämnen löser sig, medan Ag 30 reagerar tili AgCl och förblir i suspensionen och separeras genom att filtrera lösningen.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att filtreringsäterstoden erhällen enligt patentkravet 2 blandas med kritpulver (grön sigill) 35. ett förhällande av 5:1, den erhällna blandningen extra- n 80073 heras vid rumstemperatur med 10-% :ig ammoniaklösning under en tid av 3-6 timmar för att omvandla all AgCl till löslig silverdianuninklorid och lösningen separeras frän äter-stoden genom filtrering. 5
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att silvret reduceras ur den ammo-niakaliska silverdiamminkloridlösningen till metalliskt silver genom att tillsätta en neutral, sur eller ammonia-kalisk Cu(I)-lösning vid rumstemperatur eller under upp-10 hettning, och smälts efter filtrering, tvättning och tork-ning till silvermetall innehällande 99,98 % silver.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att säsom Cu(I)-föreningar används CuCl-, M(I)CuC12- eller M(II)(CuC12 )2-lösningar eller 15 deras fasta former.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att till filtratet erhället frän separation av silver och innehällande koppartetraanuninklo-rid sätts kalciumhydroxid, ammoniaken avdestilleras genom 20 att upphetta blandningen till kokpunkten och ammoniaken tillvaratages, medan filterkakan frän filtreringen äter-cirkuleras till den metallurgiska processen.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent-kraven, kännetecknat därav, att silvret redu- 25 ceras tili metalliskt silver ur den ammoniakaliska silverdiamminkloridlösningen genom att tillsätta koppar- eller bronspulver (tili exempel Cu:Zn 80:20) vid rumstemperatur eller under upphettning och efter filtrering, tvättning och torkning smälts tili silvermetall innehällande 99,98 30 % Silver.
