Device according to any one of Claims 18 to 39, characterized in that a spraying device (19) is provided in the vicinity of the winding device (3), via which adhesive means triggered by a sensor and/or by the gripper and conveyor device (10) reaching a certain position, can be sprayed onto the film web (4).
  41. Device according to Claim 40, characterized in that the spraying device is coupled with a detector or sensor facility (20), with which it can be recognized whether a film web (4) is at any place in the winding device (3).
  42. Device for the production of wound film reels, with the following features:
    - comprising a stretching apparatus (1) for producing plastic film,
    - a pull roll device in the form of a roller arrangement (2) and
    - a winding device (3) for winding the film web (4) exiting the roller arrangement (2) onto a winding roller (8, 9),
    - characterized in that a device for processing a film web (4) according to any one of Claims 19 to 44 is also provided.
