Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к прядильной головке (8) для формования прядильного раствора, которая снабжена трубчатым тонкостенным формующим капилляром (7) с выпускным отверстием (94). Применяемый прядильный раствор представляет собой, например, смесь целлюлозы, окиси третичного амина и воды. В целях снижения тенденции к фибриллообразованию и петлеобразованию в волокнах, сформованных данной прядильной головкой, в настоящем изобретении формующий капилляр (7) нагревают непосредственно рядом с выпускным отверстием (94). Введение такого простого усовершенствования позволяет снизить тенденцию волокна к фибриллообразованию и петлеобразованию.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
