Terms of Service intellectual property&usage agreement for "Fat man comix"

1. All Rights not limited to but including characters, setting, lore, style, distribution, production, and title are owned and operated by "The Omnomeletheriac", authorized use can only be established through comment and reply on a community post from the channel at [ https://youtube.com/@omnomeletheriac?si=sCGES8xzeSWUekyX ] to obtain a license agreement

2. Any and All unauthorized use, reuse, news coverage, and derivatives are/is agreement to these terms and penalties for violating a clause per violation of clause with the minimum restitution sought for violation being $8,000 USD (via small claims court) and a maximum of $3,000,000 USD. Restitution may be obtained through repossession of assets, stocks and bonds, physical property, intellectual property, or manual labor hours unpaid and recuperating at the federal minimum wage requirement; under the conditions:

•any individual person(s) working on, credited for, involved, or paid to assist the unauthorized production and has exceeded a publicly acknowledged personal or familial net worth of $1,000,000 USD

•distribution, coverage, derivative work including but not limited to voice overs, redraws, and reaction "content" is produced with the goal of monetization or profit. Please ask for permission for such uses.

•the occurence of unauthorized character cameos, unauthorized use of setting, and or flagrant mishandling or new depictions of the IP.

•in the event the violating party claims bankruptcy, financial trouble, liquidated assets or loss of assets, loss of jobs status, or otherwise issues to avoid and evade the calculated restitution, the remaining debt obligation shall be accounted for through equivalent service value calculated at the federal minimum wage per hour until total allotment is satisfied.

3. Any authorized work must attribute some form of redirection to available original source material associated with "the Omnomeletheriac" and "fat-man comix" with the minimum baseline having credits featuring the role "The Hooligan of Knowledge:" and The Omnomeletheriac listed as such role in bold or sparkly letters or both variations

4.Inheritance & Continuity of Terms

To ensure the integrity of the creative ecosystem, these Terms of Service are non-severable from the original material.

•Flow-Down Requirement: Any individual, entity, or creator who engages in the recreation, extension, or adaptation of these works must adopt and include these exact Terms of Service in their own derivative documentation.

• Perpetual Obligation: Every subsequent generation of derivative work created from this material must maintain these original constraints, ensuring that the rules regarding monetization, wealth thresholds, and proper attribution (as defined in Sections 2 and 3) remain active for all future iterations.

• Responsibility of the Creator: By creating a derivative work based on these concepts, the secondary creator assumes the responsibility of upholding and enforcing these terms within their own sphere of influence..
