Marcel Dettmann is releasing a new album.
Out on November 13th through !K7, My Own Shadow – Album is a 19-track project that brings together music, visual art and photography, some of which have already converged across recent EPs Approaching and Faultline.
"I don't need someone to understand the album in a particular way," he said. "I just want them to feel something. What that feeling is can be completely different for everyone."
My Own Shadow – Album is the Berlin maestro's first album since 2022's Fear Of Programming. In the years since he's remixed Mathilde Noble, Model/Actriz and Severed Heads, and continued to tour regularly.
