Der Auf- und Ausbau eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems beschäftigt Labors in Handel, Gewerbe, Industrie und Forschung. Mit den Standards ISO Guide 25 und EN 45001 ist eine international akzeptierte Grundlage für den Aufbau von QM-Systemen in Prüflaboratorien geschaffen worden. Im Hauptteil des Buches werden die verschiedenen QM-Module nach EN 45001 ausführlich diskutiert; auf die spezifischen Anforderungen für verschiedenste Prüfarten, u.a. chemische, mechanisch-technologische und sensorische Prüfungen, wird im Detail eingegangen. Beispiele geben Hinweise für die Regelung von Abläufen. Weitere Kapitel behandeln die QM-Anforderungen in Forschungslaboratorien, die Durchführung von Audits im Labor und die Zusammenhänge mit ISO 9000. Wertvolle Checklisten und Formblätter sind auf Diskette beigefügt.
