Mark Zuckerberg has nearly exclusive decision-making authority in Meta

Meta has a dual-class stock structure, meaning there are two types of stock that have different voting rights. Zuckerberg owns 90% of the company's Class B stock, which is allotted 10 votes per share, whereas Class A shareholders get one vote per share. He's also the CEO and the chairman of the board, meaning Zuckerberg has majority control over the company.
