Augmented Card Game

We present an efficient framework for building an augmented environment and detecting multiple objects in the real-time video.

A rectangle detection algorithm.
A convenient scheme is proposed to deal with the critical card detection problem and the 3D registration simultaneously.
A color histogram and moment based approach is used to identify the detected card.

Jianke Zhu is a PhD student in the CS&E department, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His supervisor is Prof. Michael Lyu .

He obtained B.E. in Mechatronics and minor in Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2001. He received his Master degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Macau in 2005. From May 2007 to Aug 2007, he was a visiting student of Prof. Thomas S. Huang, at IFP Group, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

*** I am now pursuing a postdoc or researcher job.
