Enzo Coglitore is a crypto entrepreneur and former venture investor who co-founded Global Token Exchange (GTE), a non-custodial trading platform. [5] [9] He previously worked at Alchemy and Alchemy Ventures. [3] [4] [5]
Coglitore studied business at the University of Southern California (USC). In 2020, USC Annenberg Media identified him as a sophomore and a participant in Troy Labs, a student-run platform that provides resources and mentorship to startups. At the time, he was developing Genie, an app intended to help undergraduate and graduate students repay student loans and become more financially independent. [2]
In 2021, Coglitore authored posts for Alchemy’s company publication, including an article about its partnership with Zerion. [3] In September 2022, a Business Wire release identified him as a partner at Alchemy Ventures. [4] By January 2025, The Block described him as a former Alchemy Ventures investor. [5]
Coglitore co-founded GTE, which was initially developed as a decentralized exchange on MegaETH. [5] In 2025, he told The Block that GTE was designed to combine central-limit-order-book execution with non-custodial, composable and permissionless trading. [6] These performance comparisons were statements by Coglitore and the company rather than independently verified benchmarks.
After initially developing GTE on MegaETH, the company announced in August 2025 that it would operate independently and planned to launch its own mainnet. [7] GTE’s current documentation describes the platform as powered by GTE Turbo, while its official website continues to direct users to a testnet as of July 2026. [8] [9]
In 2026, USC Marshall identified Coglitore as a supporter of the USC Builders Grants initiative, which was announced as providing grants to students developing blockchain products. [10]
