It was the conversations before it, during it, and long after. Partners who've walked this journey with us, cheering and taking pride in what we've built together. People curious about what we are building and which markets we are going next, New faces exploring possibilities, asking what comes next, Jury that acknowledged the faces behind the brand. That energy of building together, across geographies, is something you can only feel when you're in the room. Grateful to have shared that room with Muralidharan Ramakrishnan Robert O'Boyle Sachin Goklaney And the community connecting my name to the brand before I'd even finished introducing myself. I reflect that's what years of belief and showing up builds. We didn't just attend this community. We participated, contributed, believed in it, even in the years when the work was quiet and the foundation was still being laid. What we witnessed was the reflection of that. Not just an award. It is a role I want to make thoughtfully: leading in a way that listens before it decides, stays transparent about the 'why,' and respects people's time, worth, and work. Institutions grow the way people do: steadily, purposefully, through deliberate effort. Into this role, I carry that belief and a deep interest in building both competence and character in their students. What has struck me most in these early days is the capable team I get to do this work with, their openness in welcoming me in, and the quiet seriousness with which they already approach their craft. I am eager to learn from them as much as I hope to contribute, and to build value together, one honest conversation at a time. I look forward to this work, and to where it leads.

This year’s One GMAC Day theme was Innovation & Positive Engagement! Some days stay with you longer than others. September 17 was one of them. We set up the HOPE Study Lab with computers to support digital learning and repainted the school, creating a brighter, more welcoming space for the children. But honestly, what's stayed with me isn't the new computers or the freshly painted walls. It's the kids, their curiosity, the excitement on their faces, the sheer energy in the room. Happy to have ideated this CSR initiative for GMAC India with my colleagues who showed up and gave their time and heart to make it happen. Thank you to GMAC for continuing to create opportunities like One GMAC Day and HOPE foundation for the incredible work they do every day.
