Our paper, “Cascaded Multi-Task Learning for Lead-Time-Aware Fulfillment Risk Detection,” introduces a first-of-its-kind industry approach to proactively identifying and mitigating fulfillment risks in ride-hailing and mobility. By leveraging state-of-the-art AI techniques and advanced deep learning architectures, our proprietary models achieve 90%+ precision and recall, powered by a joint optimization framework designed to identify potential risks well before they impact the user experience. Beyond the technical achievement, this milestone reflects the growing culture of AI-led innovation and research at MakeMyTrip - bringing together data science and advanced technology. By anticipating risks before they happen, we’re working towards minimizing service disruptions and creating more reliable, seamless experiences for our users.
