⚡ Bangalore brought some of the most thoughtful ownership questions of the series to the table. The conversation moved across how ESOPs should be designed for different employees, whether senior leadership should be rewarded for tenure or actual outcomes, how to make ownership feel real through liquidity, and how companies can use ESOPs to build trust and long-term wealth creation. ✨ One point came through strongly, equity is too valuable to treat as a standard benefit. It needs to be designed carefully, linked to contribution, and communicated as a long-term ownership opportunity rather than a promised exit outcome. A spreadsheet can look perfectly harmless when your company has two founders and a handful of shareholders.
