Ori Hadomi shared thisVortex is not simply another AI layer improving an existing imaging signal. By going back to the fundamental physics of ultrasound, the team is unlocking information that until now has remained largely unseen — transforming it into intuitive, 3D volumetric imaging at the point of care. The potential goes well beyond better images: a bedside imaging platform designed to deliver operator-independent imaging, richer spatial information, and ultimately help clinicians see, understand, guide, act upon, and document care in entirely new ways. Sometimes disruption doesn’t come from interpreting the existing signal better. It comes from discovering that there was more information in the signal all along. Proud to be part of this journey. You can’t see what’s inside, but you can send sound waves through it and measure the signals that return. Those signals carry information about how the sound traveled, scattered, and interacted with everything inside. Now replace the room with the human body. At Vortex, we capture how ultrasound waves interact with tissue and use GPU-powered full-wave simulations to model what happened along the way. Full-wave inversion repeatedly compares simulated signals with measured ones, refining the model until they agree. The result is a quantitative, full-volume 3D reconstruction of what lies within the body. The physics has always been there. Now, the same explosion in GPU computing that fueled the AI revolution is making it practical for medical imaging. #MedicalImaging #GPU #Ultrasound #DigitalHealth

After reviewing the current clinical evidence around #MeMedBV, the expert panel "Strongly agreed that the device demonstrated strong potential for use in NHS emergency departments and urgent treatment centres, and could support senior decision making, reduce hospital admissions and aid antimicrobial stewardship." This level of endorsement is the result of years of rigorous clinical and outcomes research evaluating our host-response technology across tens of thousands of patients, thousands of clinicians, and hundreds of medical centers. We're grateful for this strong endorsement and look forward to bringing this technology to more patients across the UK and around the world. More to come... To receive Breakthrough status, we had to demonstrate to the FDA that our technology addresses life-threatening conditions and has the potential to significantly improve the standard of care. MeMed BV Flex is designed to do just that - distinguish between bacterial and viral infections based on the body’s immune response, from just a few drops of blood. This is critical, especially for vulnerable populations like young children and the elderly, where access to blood is limited. It’s also designed to be very simple to operate, a key hurdle for real-world adoption. Once cleared and CLIA-wavied, it’s intended for use in both hospitals and decentralized settings. To get here, we had to solve some tough technological challenges: measuring multiple proteins at laboratory-grade performance from just a few drops of blood, in minutes, and then integrating that data with machine learning at the point-of-care. It took us years of focused development and validation, with incredible team members and partners. The Breakthrough designation will help streamline our path toward regulatory clearance and support future reimbursement efforts with our partners, ultimately advancing care for patients with #fever and #sepsis. Deeply grateful to the FDA for the recognition. Ori Hadomi shared thisToday I had the privilege to participate and speak at the Jinnovate Conference in East Jerusalem, held at the Seven Arches Hotel on the Mount of Olives. This was not a typical conference. It was a courageous and thoughtful initiative, led by Mahmoud Khwies and the JINNOVATE team, focused on educating, mentoring, and enabling medical innovation emerging from East Jerusalem communities. The discussions were professional and grounded, and it was inspiring to see early-stage companies already taking real, first steps toward impact. Innovation, however, does not exist in a vacuum. You cannot speak about shaping a positive future in medicine while ignoring daily violations of human life and basic rights happening within arm’s reach. Trust, innovation, and leadership cannot grow where violence is tolerated and accountability is absent. If we want to build a better future, our professional discourse must be anchored in human reality. It requires clear leadership—by formal and religious authorities alike—to prevent violence in any form and to protect the dignity, safety, and lives of all people. Medicine and humanity are inseparable. Medicine without morality is just technology. And a better future begins with honoring life itself. I want to thank the Jinnovate leadership team for making this happen—despite tensions, resistance, and voices urging caution or concerns. Much like medical innovation itself, meaningful progress is never linear. Resistance is not a sign of failure; it is part of the journey. I salute everyone—Israeli, Arab, and Palestinian—who refuses to give up, who keeps building bridges, planting seeds, and extending a hand to shape a better future for all who live here. As I was told by Mahmoud before, and now it’s my turn to say it: count me in.

What began as an engineering challenge evolved into a new calibration approach that enables reliable gain correction under conditions where traditional methods struggle. The project brought together physics, imaging science, algorithm development, and practical system engineering, which is exactly the type of multidisciplinary work I enjoy most. Deaigners tell me they can now write code so software developers are screwed but not them. Funny how the job at risk is always someone else’s. Stop asking which jobs are safe. Start asking which parts of your job are and how to reinvent the rest.

SRGel is a solvent-free, long-acting injectable platform designed to enable controlled and extended drug release from a single injection. The platform has been developed with the goal of addressing important challenges in drug delivery, including duration, drug loading, release kinetics and injectability. I’m proud to share another important milestone for Pulsenmore. The Israel Innovation Authority has approved a $1.27 million grant to support our SmartScan AI program, our second AI program to receive its support within the past month. We are advancing AI across the home ultrasound journey, from improving image acquisition at home to making clinical workflows more efficient, with the goal of allowing our platform to support many more examinations at scale. This is an important recognition of the direction we are taking, and above all, of the talented Pulsenmore team turning that vision into reality.
