Aidoc was in Silver Spring, MD today for FDA Vendor Day yesterday. Our Global Chief Medical Officer, Jesse Ehrenfeld MD MPH, and Director of Regulatory Affairs, Quentin Moore, PhD, MPH, R.T.(R)(T)(QM), were on the ground to discuss the future of AI in healthcare, regulatory excellence, and safe innovation for patient care. Carolyn rang the bell for the second time. At 82, she'd beaten cancer again and was ready to get back to camping trips, family time and the active life she shares with her husband of 62 years. Then a routine follow-up scan found something unexpected: a suspected blood clot in her lung. Through WellSpan Health's use of Aidoc, the suspected finding was flagged and prioritized, notifying the clinical care team so they could confirm and coordinate care immediately. Within about an hour, Carolyn's care team was reaching out. She went to WellSpan York Hospital and received treatment the same day. Carolyn's story shows the human impact of faster imaging workflows and what our partnership with WellSpan Health is built to support across the health system. Since implementing Aidoc in 2023, WellSpan has cut outpatient critical-case imaging turnaround time from 25 hours to about two hours. More than 6,000 patients have benefited from earlier case prioritization across over 1.7 million scans analyzed to date. Carolyn is just one of those patients, who have benefited from WellSpan Health’s innovative use of technology and dedication to putting its patients first.
