Free trials may be available to eligible customers. A trial automatically renews as a paid subscription unless cancelled. The available trial duration, renewal price, billing period and usage allowances are shown before purchase.

New iOS subscriptions use Apple in-app purchase; Android purchases use Google Play billing. If the app offers web checkout to recover a failed Apple purchase, Stripe processes that payment. Existing web subscriptions continue to be billed through Stripe. Prices, currency, billing periods and any trial are shown before you confirm. Plans billed annually charge for the year when the paid period begins. Some existing subscriptions have an annual commitment paid monthly; cancelling renewal does not automatically cancel remaining committed payments. Check the terms of your purchased plan.

Open subscription management in Chappie’s Settings. Apple subscriptions are managed through Apple, Google Play subscriptions through Google Play, and web subscriptions through Stripe. Your original billing provider stays the same when you switch devices. Cancel future renewals before the deadline shown by your payment provider. Any remaining payments under an existing commitment follow your purchased terms. Uninstalling Chappie or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
