Personally, I think it's pretty cool that you're trying to mix your faith with one of your passions. If you're using your skills to promote your beliefs don't ever feel that it's a waste of time. Looking forward to trying the game!
This is gorgeous work and a highlight of the competition. FWIW there's nothing wrong with a game being in dialogue with faith. Shin Megami Tensei games, for instance, involve lots of ideas from real-world religion and they're very popular.

I now played every entry of the SNES jam 2025 and this is my absolute favourite. Great game!!
