Add QOL improvements to API Creation

With work on #2 (closed) complete where unnecessary fields were removed from form there's still a few other QOL improvements to implement in order to make the creation process for API keys easier such as:

1. Auto filling current date as start date
2. Giving buttons that prefil end date (like 1 month, 1 year etc.)
