Increase resolution limits, especially for clip previews

Can we increase the resolution limits, especially for clip previews?

I often find myself wanting to extract only specific parts of a full video - I don't want to convert the whole thing. For that reason, I am using clip previews a lot to render out only that specific segment to a video file.

However, the resolution is limited to 1920x1080. This is not always sufficient, especially when working with high-res VR content (7k or 8k video).

Another common use case is the extraction of vertical video, e.g. to display on a phone screen. Height is still limited to 1080 pixels. Trying to render a "vertical widescreen" with aspect ratio of 9:16 means that I'm limited to a width of just 608 pixels. As a result, Image quality suffers a lot even when the source video is very high quality.

Ideally, the resolution limit should be removed entirely (or maybe offer a config setting to disable these limits). Alternatively, increasing the limits to 8k or at least to 4k resolution would be great as well. Gives us more range to work with.

The limits for the "Convert" page are already at 4k, I believe.
