Introduce DecoratorConfiguration to store decorator runtime configuration

For the first flush, we will keep the very incoming behaviour.

Later we will add here a more complex and realistic representation of a decorator. Will be able to customize :

• which properties to display
• be able to choose any combination of properties (offers a default order but no more), JAXX decorator UI will be able to change the order)
• be able to sort by properties
