DAL/Test: Add more fine-grained measurments to DAL long tests

In the DAL long tests added in !9384 (merged), we only have one measurement that is for the whole produce slot -> propagate slot -> download slot process. It would be nice to have more fine-grained measurements to better understand the bottlenecks (e.g. time to store a shard, time to verify a shard, etc).
