Make ticket receipts stable wrt to gas limit

The order in which tickets are listed in receipts may be sensitive to gas costs. That is because the hash of the contract originated changes; this is expected because the contract hash of a contract depends on the content of its origination operation and this includes the gas limit.

To work around this we would need to sort with a comparison function that does not depend on ticketer.
