SCORU: tests for L1->L2 transfers

Tests to add:

• Transfer works correctly and inbox is correctly updated
  • Can this be done with the arithmetic PVM? Probably yes even though internal messages may be ignored
• Non-zero amount
• Bad entrypoint
• Wrong type for entrypoint
• Zero-amount ticket
• Bad sc rollup address
